The hotel staff were helpful and welcoming (as I have usually found in italy). The room was clean, spacious and had a very comprehensive air conditioning system (a big plus). The grounds were attractive and well maintained with pool, sun terrace and breathtaking sea views. The hotel is only a 10 minutes bus ride away from giardini poseidon and a further 10 minutes from forio. Highly recommended!!! I only booked an evening meal once at the hotel and whilst reasonably priced, the quality was very average. One or two of the shuttle bus drivers (the older ones) were rude and short tempered. I got the impression that all the staff had been programmed to say "buongiorno" every time they encountered a guest which whilst not unpleasant reeked a little of "hi-de-hi!" |

molto bello anche se abbastanza decentrato, ma il servizio di navetta per il paese, ad orari fissi, è efficiente. camera ampia e la vista mare era stupenda. receptionists e personale camera gentilissimi. |

Solo la visuale ma poi ho scoperto che ce ne erano di migliori Le indicazioni stradali per raggiungerlo sono praticamente inutili;ci hanno cambiato la camera dopo 2 giorni;dopo mie continue lamentele;per via di uno sgradevole odore di fogna;non è una piscina interna che fa di un hotel un 4 stelle;colazione a buffet insignificante (sono stato in altri hotel a 3 stelle e avevo l'imbarazzo della scelta) così come il pranzo completo che non vale 15€!Alla larga |

La piscina d'acqua calda termale e la navetta Che dista un pò dalla fermata autobus e l'ultimo giorno siamo stati trattati davvero male dall'autista della navetta, il quale insisteva nel dire di essere partito in orario invece era partito in orario e al suo ritorno ha dovuto riaccompagnarci dicendone di tutti i colori |
