The hotel was very central. Our room was right next to the breakfast room, so we heard the coffee machine going from 7am along with the plates being set up, and people talking! |

Excellent location and easy acccess. Clean and cosy room. The only annoying thing was that there is no sound isolation in room - you hear everything - neighbors, coffee machine in breakfast room, every person passing by your room... |

the lady receptionist was the nicest she was very helpful told us to use the reception phone to make calls the telephone in the room was not working, we could not make any calls. the night male receptionist was so weird did not understand english was not helpful at all.. when we wanted to use the reception phone said that it was not working even though just few minutes before he arrived we used it thanks to the lady receptionist. |

The hotel is in the perfect location on Rome. It is withing walking distince of everytings and great value for the price. The No. 64 bus which goes to the Vatican via most of the other tourist attractions in rome stops outside the door of the hotel. The staff were always happy, friendly and very helpful. The breaksast is simple but sufficient and served by twio very friendly and helpful ladies on the outdoor patio. The rooms are spacious, tidy, air conditioned and cleaned daily. |

Members of staff were very friendly and helpful especially the two ladies who served breakfast, and who also cleaned rooms. The only fault with the hotel was the amount of staifs we had to climb to reach our room, as I am unable to go in a lift. |

Very strategic location. The hotel is located near Station Termini and the main attraction points in Rome. The room was dark and there was a terrible smell. The breakfast was prepared and really poor. The building was old and no reconstruction work has been made for years. The wireless connection was unstable. |

Las habitaciones eran muy peqeñas, reserve doble y me pusieron cama de matrimonio, y las ventanas daban a un patio sin luz y con la habitacion colindante enfrente |

De kamer was netjes en schoon. Verder was de ligging van het hotel ideaal, dus de meeste bezienswaardigheden waren te voet te bereiken. Niet al het personeel sprak erg goed Engels. |

camera ampia e pulita. molti asciugamani cambiati ogni giorno. poco rumoroso. colazione varia e abbondante. autobus e stazione taxi davanti hotel 4 scalini per accedere all'ascensore piccolo e vecchio ma funzionante |

La gentilezza del personale Il forte odore di muffa nell'ascensore, la mancanza di un portasapone nella doccia, l'assenza di una mensola nel bagno su cui appoggiare gli oggetti da toilette, le dimensioni anguste e il numero insufficiente di tavoli della sala colazione. |

La ubicación es excepcional. La limpieza. Gente de la conserjería que no sabe o no entiende lo que uno necesita saber. El desayuno es mínimo y su horario es muy reducido. |
