Close proximity to all the sites Our Air conditioner did not work and the staff did little to help et it working. The TV was not connected properly. |

Great location, close to everything and easy to find. The room was comfortable and clean. Being on the main street, it was not possible to sleep with the windows open as it was too noisy. |

All staff lovely. Always happy and very helpful and could not be better. Location excellent. Breakfast very good by normal Italian standards. Room very clean and general decor around the hotel very good. the bed was uncomfortable and could feel the springs and would have preferred extra pillows than one each and luxury would be tv that had channels that were not all italian |

'Victorian' style of hotel, friendly staff and central location. They didn't check/refill our 'stock' of shampoo and soap every day, so i had to ask for more one day. Beakfast could be improved. |

Está muy bien situado. La habitación está limpia y la cama cómoda. ¿Qué más puedo pedir si sólo voy a ducharme y dormir? Ofrece pocos servicios adicionales pero hay que reconocer que su precio, respecto de otros hoteles de la zona en las mismas fechas es mucho más competitivo. Si te cuesta un tercio que otros, no puedes pedir los mismos servicios que ofrecen los demás. |

Trevlig personal. Dock kunde rummen vara mer grundligt städade då det var dammigt på alla möjliga ställen. Inget 3-stjärnigt hotell enligt Svensk standard men ett i övrigt helt okej hotell. |
