We stayed at the hotel for 5 nights. Staff was friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable with a nice balcony. Everything was extremely clean. Breakfast was good and coffee was great. Above all, this hotel has a fantastic location. Though it's right in the center, our room was super quiet.

Nice Staff, the indian recepcionist (Suel) was real kind and helpful! The girl from the breakfast was really nice too! Good breakfast, fantastic location!

Really Small room no space at all, small and old lift. Wifi just in the lobby.

Location was great.The hotel is only a short walk from a metro station, although we didn't use the metro as we found it easy enough to find most attractions on foot. It is well positioned for visiting Trevi and Vittorio Emanuelle.

Our room was right next to the reception so we could hear everyone come in at night and were woken up by staff and early risers in the morning! Breakfast was very basic - basically croissants and bread with a coffee - but it suited us for the few days we were there. Our bed was very creaky and would have been insufferable for a light sleeper. Finally, Although the bathroom was modern, the decoration of the room itself was very outdated.

Location in the middle of Via Nazionale within walking distance from historical places as well as the Termini train station.

Very helpful staff. Very good location, you can get to most tourists locations on foot! Delicious breakfast (cafe, cappuccino, croissant's, honey and jam etc.) I highly recommend St. Moritz hotel! I' LL BE BACK! :)

I think it was good value for money. The location was perfect - Via Nazionale is a big street (with buses running to every part of Rome and Metro station just round the corner), but not as noisy as the streets around Piazza Navona or Piazza del Poppolo. Having free Wifi was also great (I remember being asked to pay 8 euro daily for Wifi in a hotel in Amsterdam).

The breakfast was not very varied. Also, I didn't like one of the receptionists nagging me about booking.com (encouraging me to give a positive recommendation). It cheapened the experience.

I highly recommend the hotel. The staff members were really helpful. Especially, Suel (the receptionist) was extremely helpful and kind and therefore we had a pleasant stay. The location of the hotel is extremely convenient. Ioanna

We are very pleased as for St. Moritz hotel. The staff of this hotel was very carefully with us. The receptionists had smile in your face every time and the personal from the kitchen was very helpful and careful. The cleaning is an important point in this hotel and the atmosphere made us fill very well. It situated in old city of Rome and you can visit very easy a lot of ancient artistic and historical monuments. I hope to be there next year too.

Good location. Every day clean towels. Good breakfast: coffee or tea, juice, water, croissants, muesli, bread, different jams and fruits. Don't a big room and bathroom, but normal for Rome. Good hotel for normal price.

La stanza era un po' sgangherata, ben diversa da quelle che compaiono nelle foto... Ma ci siamo adattati...

Kamer maakte een zeer luxe indruk.

Grote verschillen in vriendelijkheid van het verschillende receptie personeel: een was uiterst vrindelijk en behulpzaam, de ander leek vooral uit te zijn op het aanbieden van een "goedkope" taxirit.

ontbijt matig en eentonig, ontbijtzaal is klein, foto op internet geeft een vertekend beeld van de werkelijke situatie.

находится в центре. есть русские телевизионные каналы. приветливый персонал.

в подъезд заходишь и сразу наступает легкий шок - сто лет назад беленые стены, грязные окна - в общем мрачновато. так же и в номере. но в риме все такое, так что постепенно к этому привыкаешь. плюс к этому слышно, как за стено люди дышат и не только. завтрак без горячего.

замечательное месторасположение, у нас в номере было очень тихо, что большая редкость для городских отелей!лифт смешной-маленький, но бывают еще меньше.

завтраки как везде в италии, но не соответсвуют анонсу (сладкий завтрак с паштетом)
