Great hotel in a fantastic and central location. Room was very clean and comfortable. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Tasty breakfast
Everything about this hotel was brilliant. A cost effective overnight stay that was welcoming and heartfelt. the guy on reception was brilliant. Never slept in a 4 poster bed, with a beautiful painted ceiling in the room. There was separate beds in the room for our son and daughter too, which is always preferable.
The rooms are great, staff are super friendly and helpful. Wifi is very good. Shower and wash facilities are good. The staff helped with booking Vatican tours. The location is walking distance to the majority of the main attractions.
Continental breakfast could be improved.
Good location, close to Fontana di Trevi and Colosseum. Very nice staff at breakfast and front desk.
Poor breakfast, small bathroom.
+great location +helpful staff +basic but fresh tasty breakfast +comfortable room +clean +very quiet AC
Nothing negative to say - very good for the price!
The room was beautiful and spacious. Location is good. Staff was friendly and helpful. Allowed us to leave our luggage there.
The breakfast was really not very good!
Price includes delicious breakfast and Wi-Fi. Along bus route. Walking distance to a number of sights. Comfortable and quiet rooms. Updated bathrooms.
Erratic hot water supply. Elevator is quite small, needs to be refurbished, could pose some inconvenience since one needs to lift heavy luggage on two steps to reach elevator lever
Easy walking to S.S., T.F., Roma Termini, Colloseum and great restaurant precinct!! Staff friendly and helpful, WiFi good....so for the low tariff it ticks a lot of boxes! We first used it 30 years ago and they haven't changed the formula.
Good clean hotel in the heart of Rome, Full compliance with its 3* rating.Very polite personnel
the AC was fine and the staff was cooperative
The hotel was looking unhygienic and lacks proper renovation and cleaning. the room were very small, breakfast was very basic and the showeroom was also very small for purpose. The lift was very small and probably decades old and i thought i may not get out of it.
Location is fantastic, easy access to bus to vatican and Metro is just a short walk. Many popular sites easy walking distance also. Wifi was a bit spotty at times and was frustrating, but staff was excellent and went out of our way for comfort. Room was nice and as it hit 90 degrees, the AC in the room was a welcome amenity.
It's is in the center of Rome, the staff is very friendly. It's very clean, the rooms have airconditioning
we slept near the big street. Unfortunatly when you sleep with open window you have a lot of noice, so you don't sleep that well. You can ofcourse close your window then it is better.
Location was excellent staff were friendly and helpful
Room and breakfast were very basic and hotel is definitely not 3 star
Try to avoid this hotel. Wifi is not working at all. The Indian receptionist is very rude and not helpful. I stopped by one day earlier to inquiry the room availability since I saw a room is available on booking.com. He said no room available immediately even without checking his booking record. Anyway, I booked in on booking.com. The night I checked in, due to low wifi signal, I had to stay in the public sofa area to use internet. There were someone smoking on the third floor in the public area. I requested the Indian receptionist to check the smell and make sure nobody smoke in the public area. He just told me that there is a sign on the wall "no smoking in pubic". He can not do anything to help. He is very rude, cold, lazy, and not helpful at all.
polite personnel and whereabouts of the hotel
burned solger's blanket - one for 2 persons, poor breakfast, non-working wi-fi, problems with TV, broken wash-out of the lavatory pan. No terrace like in the advertisement. No possibility to book excursions through the hotel.
Most of the staff was very friendly. Location.
Noisy front room, impossible to open windows.. Breakfast without variety. Hardly any light in the room. Old (and smelly) plumbing.
Comfortable bed with reasonable breakfast. Wifi in room was helpful if a little slow at times. All in all good value for money.
Wifi was unable to connect in breakfast room.
The staff is friendly and the hotel is very clean. The room was comfortable and the location of the hotel is perfect for sightseeing.
Wifi connection was not very good and the breakfast was not enough with limited variety. Sometimes the receptionist sleeps at night and he is late to open the door . We also had a problem with the hair dryer.
Location is great, staff was kind and helpful, room was quiet and clean. Free Wifi. I recommend it.
We were stay at the hotel 5 nights. The location was great!!! The staff also was very kind. Our room was big and comfortable and was quite. Thank you Anca and Alina for the breacfast and for freddo capuccino that was the only i drink in Rome. Next time we will there again!!!
It is very central hotel and all staff are very gentle and very helpfull.B'Fast was very good for a continental b'fast.Rooms spacious and really clean. Very happy that me and my wife stayed there and definetely will go there again if we go to Rome. Would recommend to anyone.
I liked everything, Staff was very polite, the room was comfortable and clean.Brearfast was tasty.
The reception staff was friendly and very helpfull every day. Breakfast was nice to start your day with: some croissants, bread, cereals, tea/coffee. The location to visit Rome is absolutely great. We would surely stay here again!
The rooms are perhaps not that big, but when visiting Rome, it is a comfortable room to sleep, shower and other bathroom facilities. The rest of the day you'll probably be outside the hotel room as we were.
