The staff is very kind and the rooms are nice and big enough for a couple of days of Rome. The location is excellent (near Vatican) so you can walk everywhere (even to the Colosseum) The parking is in the public garage which is very small so the cars are parked also on the passage which requires you to leave the keys there. A bit weird perhaps, but it was completely safe, so not really a negative point of the hotel, just a heads up.

Fantastic location close to metro and Vatican. Modern rooms were very clean and beds were very comfortable. Extremely helpful staff! STAY HERE if you are looking for a budget place to stay that is clean with a private bathroom, wifi, microwave and fridge and close to Vatican and metro!

The location was excellent, all the main attractions of Rome are within walking distance. And the immediate area around Attilio Regolo has great atmosphere with plenty of shops, modern coffee-bars and trattoria. On top of that, the guesthouse itself offers precisely what you need: a clean and lowcost room, a private bathroom and a very friendly welcome from the hostess Olivia. If the rates of the room would have been twice as high, I probably would have complained about the small shower and the hardness of the bed. But with the actual price, I have no complaints at all. This is just excellent value for money!

Location was great, room was spacious, very clean and staff were welcoming and informative. Paper thin walls so we heard all neighbours and the bathroom was mouldy.

Nice friendly host when checking in, very informative and full of advice. Location is great, very close to the river for Castel Sant'Angelo and about same distance from the Vatican/St Peter. There are some great restaurant nearby which I'm sure will be recommended by the host. Bathroom could do with updating, I've seen lots of reviews about the shower size etc but I found it manageable and I'm 6ft4, the only downside is that they are quite old and in my instance the doors were falling off from the wall and unfortunately the water tray does become flooded which is annoying. Extra pillows would be nice to have in the wardrobe. For the value of this hotel and given the location I can't complain that much, I was only there to sleep and get ready and it suited well in that department.

Situated in a very nice modern district. You can reach most of places simply walking through the Rome. The room was pretty big and clean. Stuff is extremely friendly and helpful. I would like to stay here again.

The hotel is two blocks of fairly renovated apartments in the building. There was microwave and plastic plates&cutlery in the corridor - very convenient. The location was perfect, 10 min to St. Peter's on foot. In general, for us this was a fair value for money (~50 eur/night) hotel. Wifi almost nonexistent, no internet surfing and barely an email, sat in the corridor to catch it. It is very hard to reach for staff from 21.30 pm to 9.30 am, so plan the last day carefully. No phone in the room.

Great location, close to the metro and the Vatican, lots of shops and restaurants around, quiet location, comfortable and clean. Room cleaned every day and used towels replaced. Good quality sheets and bedding made the room really comfortable. Budget hotel that felt more like an apartment, good value for Rome. Advertised as having WiFi but the signal was so poor it didn't work. No staff around to talk to if you had a problem. Did not replace supplies such as toilet roll etc until I asked.

The Staff: really good communication, most happy to help you with bookings of tours, restaurant etc... name it and Olivia knows- and will help you with your inquiry! The location: fantastic, under 10 min to Vatican city by foot, less than 5 min from Lepanto tube station and many points of interests within walking distances. The rooms are spacious and all different, you can easily shop for food around and have something in the room at night to help with long visit days and tired children. Ideal location and friendly staff: we would return if we were to go back to Rome. The shower was "blowing" hot and cold! It took some getting used to it but that was all.

the location is good. it's very near to the Vaticano City. there is a big shopping street in front of the hotel. the supermarkets , restaurants and metro station are all around. it is very convenient. the room is big , nice , clean and comfortable. the service is professional. it's a very good choice. the washroom is very big, but the shower cube is a little small. for the regular people it is ok. but i think for the guy who is a little fat it would be a little trouble.

Location was excellent; walked everywhere. We found it helpful that there was a small refrigerator next to our room to keep our perishables in. We also appreciated the kettle and tea making facility on the room. As our accommodation was inexpensive, it is hard to be critical as the room and bathroom were very clean and this is really most important.

The location is perfect: at walking distance from the Vatican City and Piazza del Popolo. There are two metrolines nearby (Ottaviano and Lepanto). We paid € 118 for two night in a room for 4 people ! Where else would you find this ? There was a water kettle with coffee and tea, a small fridge. Good beds.
