Very good location. The neighbourhood is calm and friendly. We stayed there for 2 weeks and would definately come again. The rooms were fairly big and very comfy. The bus to go in the city is right behind the hotel and with a great supermarket around the corner.
Early hours in the morning the church bell goes off and its very loud and woke us all up. The wifi was okay but we had the room right at the back so we had to go next to the door.
Location was perfect...train station, bus stop, super market, cafe, patisserie and restaurants all within a 10 minute walk; very close to the Vatican yet private and not too busy. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Utensils, cutlery and dishware provided. Spacious rooms. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again.
poor wifi (works in the lobby, but only if 1 person goes at a time) toilet seat was broken top of bunk bead really creaky, ok for kids but not adults (we just moved the mattress to the floor)
Friendly and welcoming check in 5 minutes to the Vatican City Spacious apartment Well equipped kitchenette Fantastic bathroom
Wifi didn't work in our room but did work in the stairwell.
It was very clean, and well-equipment. you can get everywhere very easily. If you come out, you can see the cupola of basilica. You can walk, if you don't mind, or take the bus Nr. 64, and take every famous places, buildings. The main train station is about 25 min. :)
The WIFI was very slow, and it was very difficult to connect. They should just buy an intensifier.. And every morning it was always smell of canal in the bathroom, but just mornings..i don't know why
St. Peters rooms has a excellent location near the Vatican city and train station. The room where I stayed in was as the picture showed. Nice furniture and decoration.
The facilities have good quality. However, there was a couple of problems with the drain of the shower and of the sink in the kitchen. Both drains were blocked. So it was difficult to take a good shower or used the sink at the kitchen. Hope they have solved these problems now!
everything was fine
Price was cheap Great air conditioned room
My mother in laws bed smelled horrible! Unorganized staff We thought this was a real hotel but it was just a few rooms in an apartment bldg.
very cozy and comfortable room and bed, clean and in a great area! Helpfull staff!!!
the room was in the basement, if courtains are open, people can see u from the street.
Andreos availability and kindnness, the proximity to Vatican and local tourist attractions.
Nothing to mention.
Very good location and a quiet neighbourhood.
Simple, clean. Great value for the money.
The refrigerator hasn't been used for some time, so it had a bit of a stuffy smell
the place it´s ok, the room confortable, Andreas is very kind and he was helping me in everything that I was asking for. It´s very near the Vatican and not to far away from the center, you can take a bus from the St.Peters station that cross all the center of Rome.
If you need to be in contact by internet, it´s not the place for you, the connection is very bad, and is so difficult to find o place with internet in Rome. The the best is to get a room with a good connection.
Very close to St. Peter's square, the Vatican city, and all the sightseeings in Rome's center. You can go by foot almost everywhere. Nice design, very comfortable bed and overlall room. Has a Carefour supermarket nearby.
The room's a little bit dark. It needs stronger lights. We had noise from the above floor, which had kids playing all the time. The tv had only 3 italian channels. In such a tourist aimed appartment it's unacceptable not to have some cable or satellite foreign (at least English) channels. The wifi had serious problems connecting when other customers where connected. No breakfast at that room cost.
can't use the wifi, which is the only inconvenience.
Excellent budget hotel 100m from St Peters. Good local bars restaurants and shops. Manager very friendly and helpful
Not a complaint just advice. You will find it hard to find as it's the ground floor of a normal apartment block. Phone ahead when you're near
Very friendly staff, nice location (about 3 mins to Vatican City and 20 mins to the center of Rome by walking) and price/quality relation.
It feels like humidity in the room is higher than average, and because of it it was difficult to breath in nights. Also there's now breakfast and wi-fi doesn't work at times. The room in which ain't stayed was in a ground floor, and therefore the view from my window was awful.
- room was clean; - staff was accommodating but was by himself and was not always available - location was excellent
- Lack of facilities or needed equipments like plates, glass or cups (even disposable ones); - there shd be a room where guests can eat; a common fridge would be good; - no soap or shampoo provided; - wifi not working
The costs rose 4 euros from the reservation when I arrived to the hotel.
We stayed there in Winter, and unfortunately it was cold inside, even though we put an AC on max hot... Rooms are located in basement of old building, i suppose that's why. Although it can be a quality when you travel to Rome in summer.
Location was great! Close to Vatican. Friendly manager (Andrea). Close to San Pietro train station. Easy to reach from Termini station. Close to supermarket. Quadruple room was very comfortable with 2 teenage boys sleeping in bunk beds. Could prepare meals comfortably in room.
Wi-fi didn't work evrywhere in room. Had to sit right at door to get connected. No cups or mugs in room. But Andrea lent us his mama's pretty cups (very kind).
Location is good as it is mere 10 minute walk from St Peter train station (which is where the #64 bus also runs to) But it is very hard to find this place first time. located in apartment building with NO external notice outside of its existence. Did allow us to check in early and leave late as it was off season.
All rooms are in a basement reeking of a musty smell. This may constitute a health risk. Poorly lit rooms. All contact with hotel staff has to be prearranged as they do not come there without notice. Rude cleaning staff. Shower ultra small. Hard to find.
We have asked for late arrival confirmation and Andrea has been waiting for us, arriving at 23pm. Thank You, Andrea. The room was minimal modern style, very clean and just fit for the purpose of spending our nights in a comfortable studio, and being on the road during the day. There is a supermarket very close if somebody would want to make shopping, but there are quite a few very good restaurants as well, just about 10 minutes walking distance. The bus stop of line 64 just a few minutes of walk and goes every 10 minutes directly to Termini through the city, so it connects well to each touristic destination, and the St Peter Basilica is just 5 minutes walk, though to get to the Vatican Museum it takes a half an hour of walk or changing 2 buses. All with all, we had a very pleasant stay at this location, I would recommend it to anybody, and I will definitely come back to stay here next time I visit room.
One small note: wireless internet is not working correctly, so if you need that make sure you discuss it with Andrea. It was not that important for us, so we have not asked support to have it fixed, but I am sure Andrea would have helped us, if we asked for it.
I liked the way the staff entertained us. Besides that, the room was very tidy.
Very well located, very clean, comfortable, spacious, modern, secure. Very comfortable beds, good shower and towels. Air-conditioned with user-friendly controls. Good refrigerator and good crockery.
A microwave and kettle would be useful additions. The coffee pot was very small. A guidemap to Rome, and some information on bus/metro, etc. would be useful to have. Clarity on left luggage arrangements at end of stay would be good to know at the outset.
