Good, clean hotel. A real "hotel"... Interresting location and design, an industrial building rebuilt to a hotel. Some interresting design, though maybe too many styles in the room. Nice view towards Vesuvio. Friendly staff at reception desk, but they had too much to do at our check-out... A great pool area, perfect for families with smaller children. Free parking is a fine thing. The costs of extras, such as spa, sauna and restaurant felt a bit too much compared to the price of the room. Staff at spa area seemed to not like that we only wanted to use the gym, which was free... Location of the hotel could be a problem if you don't have a car or if it's out of summer season, during which the train stops nearby. But we didn't try bus, which probably could work. |

This is a beautiful hotel in an excellent location. Easy driving distance to Pompeii, Sorrento, Capri ferry, and Amafi coast. Absolutely the best hotel, best facilities, rooms and english speaking staff of our entire two week stay in Italy. And the price of 89 euros per night (in early April) was very reasonable. The hotel restaurant is excellent and prices are compatible to the area. |

......Excellent hotel, location on sea near Pompei, Sorento and Napoli.....parking, room, view, staff helpful....gave first hour on internet free.... One night was bit pricey but maybe coz 1st Jan. As others mentioned, 20 euro each for breakfast is not worth it in any hotel..... |

Fine. Well situated for visiting nearly everything by train and bus.The Hotel has a free shutle bus, bringing you to and fromSorrento as well as to the railway stations nearby. Really fine service. The restaurant should offer better meals. But the breakfast really ok. |

We have 2 families traveling (10 people) and the hotel staff was helpful and understanding to our needs. We find the services (both front desk and restaurant) to be hospital and understood what family-style vacation is like, which is important to us especially when we have young kids under 7. Great view from the hotel, within minutes to Sorrento, and we all truly enjoyed our time! We really like the location of the hotel. It's very easy to find and has great parking facility. Overall pleasant facilities, however, we would like to see a bigger beach area if possible. Perhaps an outdoor playground even if it's a small one, would really complete the family-style vacation package for us! Nevertheless, we wouldn't have choosen another hotel! |

Away from main tourist areas. Chance to relax from busy holiday schedule. Hotel seems ill prepared for the many tourist coaches that stay at hotel. Breakfast is a shambles - lack of food, staff and complaining tour bus tourists. |

This is a superb hotel, all staff were good even sorted me out with a travel adaptor when I realised I had forgotten mine! We were upgraded to a suite at no additional cost when we arrive. The views overlooking Versuvius were outstanding. If I have a complaint it would be the location but the hotel provide a limited shuttle bus service into the towns free of charge, Romantic meal was ruined by our meals not arriving together and lots of children running around. (Not the hotels fault regarding the children I know) but it was an expensive meal spoilt. |

Very beautiful views..Hotel finish to a very high standard. Nice to be able to swim in the sea, pool area very nice,, the service and stall in the bar and outdoor area very good. The main restaurant staff not managed very well..Once in hotel compound very comfortable.. But there is no where else you can go with out a car or bus.. Which the hotel does have. |

position - as already noticed the immediate neighborood is not very clean (Castellamere) but the view is very nice - the resort quite well appointed and the situation is from a strategic distance to all attractions.the private beach (cool in this crowded area). The spa inside the hotel. the room not big but nice. free & safe parking. breakfast personal not really efficient. extras pricey. a little lack of something special |

Free bus service into Vico Equense. The private beach. The fact that it was a converted industrial building / site (good eco-sense). The wonderful service. The excellent car-parking facility. The beautiful suite. The unusual design to the swimming pool. The bar and restaurant costs were off-puttingly high (although Italy does seem to be higher in terms of costs than most other European countries we've visited in recent years. A little too business-oriented and nothing to amuse the kids (other than the pool, beach etc,) |

Sorrento is a beautiful place, the hotel is positioned well with regards to setting and views although not much to do close by. It's quite and very relaxing, no families or children, it was very chilled/ The staff on reception were miserable and not particularly helpful, there was a lack of communication amongst them which resulted in us receiving different information about certain things. |
