Buena ubicación frente al mar. Habitación cómoda, limpia y funcional.

Alejado de cualquier núcleo urbano. Frio e impersonal. La organización del hotel es bastante mejorable, tienen bastante lio en recepción y no se aclaran.

Casi nada.

Me ha decepcionado todo. Las piscinas son mucho más pequeñas de los que salen en las fotografías. Estámuy lejos de Sorrento. Tenía hormigas en la habitación.Pedí consejo en recepción acerca de dónde era mejorcoger el ferry hacia Capri y me indicaron a Sorrento y suerte que lo cogí en Castellmare ya que está a 5 minutos del hotel y sorrento a esta época está a una hora mínimoy aparte de que Sorrento es la segunda parada.A la 5 de la tarde ya no quedaban toallas ni en la piscina ni el la playa.La piscina cierra a las 7 de la tarde, demasiado pronto. Durante el desayuno hay un gato que se pasea por entre las mesas. Increíble

la tranquilidad´, sus instalaciones, la magnifica vista del golfo de sorrento y por su puesto la vision del vesubio desde mi habitacion todas las mañanas.la ubicacion es para mi la ideal

Good, clean hotel. A real "hotel"... Interresting location and design, an industrial building rebuilt to a hotel. Some interresting design, though maybe too many styles in the room. Nice view towards Vesuvio. Friendly staff at reception desk, but they had too much to do at our check-out... A great pool area, perfect for families with smaller children. Free parking is a fine thing.

The costs of extras, such as spa, sauna and restaurant felt a bit too much compared to the price of the room. Staff at spa area seemed to not like that we only wanted to use the gym, which was free... Location of the hotel could be a problem if you don't have a car or if it's out of summer season, during which the train stops nearby. But we didn't try bus, which probably could work.

This is a beautiful hotel in an excellent location. Easy driving distance to Pompeii, Sorrento, Capri ferry, and Amafi coast. Absolutely the best hotel, best facilities, rooms and english speaking staff of our entire two week stay in Italy. And the price of 89 euros per night (in early April) was very reasonable. The hotel restaurant is excellent and prices are compatible to the area.

One night was bit pricey but maybe coz 1st Jan. As others mentioned, 20 euro each for breakfast is not worth it in any hotel.....

We have 2 families traveling (10 people) and the hotel staff was helpful and understanding to our needs. We find the services (both front desk and restaurant) to be hospital and understood what family-style vacation is like, which is important to us especially when we have young kids under 7. Great view from the hotel, within minutes to Sorrento, and we all truly enjoyed our time!

We really like the location of the hotel. It's very easy to find and has great parking facility. Overall pleasant facilities, however, we would like to see a bigger beach area if possible. Perhaps an outdoor playground even if it's a small one, would really complete the family-style vacation package for us! Nevertheless, we wouldn't have choosen another hotel!

Les chambres sont spacieuses et confortables. Nous recommandons celles avec vue sur la mer car les autres ont vu sur la route qui est assez passante. La vue sur la baie de Naples et le Vésuve est superbe. Le personnel est très agréable et à l'écoute du client. Le spa est très soigné et cosy.Le buffet du petit déjeuner est varié et de bonne qualité. Allez y sans hésiter et demander une chambre sur mer.

La signalisation pour l'accès au parking est faible. Le parking est souterrain et situé de l'autre coté de la route par rapport à l'hôtel (à gauche lorsqu'on vient de Naples). C'est également l'accès à l'hôtel.Il faut donc entrer dans le parking et passer sous la route pour arriver à l'hôtel. Ce n'est pas évident à voir lorsque vous arrivez.

bonne situation géographique entre Pompei et la côte Amalfitaine l'espace détente et la piscine sont appréciable après des journées de visite de la région. Proximité de Sorento.
