The location was excellent and the room was very spacious. Like most hotels in Bolzano, it was a little overpriced but all in all, it was a very pleasant experience. |

Beautifully located hotel in the absolute center of the city. Easy for finding a restaurant (the hotel restaurant was also good) or do some shopping. Although the parking is under the hotel - finding the parking was not that easy. The hotel should consider the GPS navigators. |

The hotel is right in the city centre, the location cannot be better. The staff was very friendly and attentive and the room was nice, although we got one of the interior rooms with no windows to the street (which probably would have improved the room a lot). The breakfast buffet hat a lot of things and the quality of the food was really good. Despite your GPS telling you that you can drive all the way to the hotel, don't follow it's instructions as all around the hotel is a pedestrian area and you can get a 200 euros fine if the police catches you. Park your car in one of the public parkings close to the train station. |

La centralità dell'Hotel unito comunque ad una notevole tranquillità; l'efficenza della struttura. il costo del garage convenzionato seppur centrale e comodo, praticamente obbligatorio per chi giunge in auto in Città. |

Sehr nette Mitarbeiter, perfekte Innenstadtlage. Super ist das kostenlose Wireless-Lan in jedem Zimmer. Leider ist das Hotel wirklich sehr hellhörig (man hört Nachbarn schnarchen). |

das reichhaltiges Frühstücksbufett, die zentrale Lage, das freundliche Personal am Empfang und im Frühstücksraum, die gemütliche Hotelbar, die große Auswahl an Zeitungen. Hätte ich den vollen Preis bezahlt, wäre ich von der Zimmergröße und Einrichtung, die eher spartanisch und ungemütlich war, enttäuscht gewesen. Es gab zudem keinen Wasserkocher auf dem Zimmer, keine Minibar. |
