The hotel is right in the city centre, the location cannot be better. The staff was very friendly and attentive and the room was nice, although we got one of the interior rooms with no windows to the street (which probably would have improved the room a lot). The breakfast buffet hat a lot of things and the quality of the food was really good. Despite your GPS telling you that you can drive all the way to the hotel, don't follow it's instructions as all around the hotel is a pedestrian area and you can get a 200 euros fine if the police catches you. Park your car in one of the public parkings close to the train station. |

The staff helped us (we do not speak Italian or german) book a parasailing adventure in Merona. They called and got info and arranged for the trip.(looked up train schedules, etc. spoke with the company, etc.) Thanks! Great breakfast buffet at the hotel. The Speck Fest was going on during our stay. Lots of fun. We bicycled to one of the castles, took a cable car up a mountain, parasailed, etc. |

excellent hôtel de ville en ce qui concerne le parking de l'hôtel ils devraient prévenir que l'hôtel donne le tiket de parking au prix de 15 euro au lieu qu'on paye à la sortie le prix officiel de 17 euro |
