We booked a two bed room. But acturally we arrived hotel with 3 person addition a 6-year-old boy. They allow us to live together without any extra charge. Thanks! Room is quite small wihout good view. The beds are not fixed and will move forward when you lean on bed. |

Room was basic but clean. Breakfast was good. Location was perfect - 2 minutes to La Scala, 5 minutes to Duomo. Staff were very helpful. Major loud noise on a Saturday morning, lasted about 1/2 hour. Ask for high room away from traffic noise. Milan is very expensive for everything. |

The staff were the most interested and helpful during my trip. The rooms, although clean and had everything needed were a bit dull and uninteresting. |

Friendly Greeting,close to the all things that mattered to us, Art and History,the bathroom was cute, soap actually supplied,tea making Facilities,good beds and lighting. The interior colours we did not care for, needs a colour consutant..should be lighter and brighter. |

It's the second time I've stayed at the Star and it's always my number one choice in Milan. The hotel could easily have 4 stars. The rooms are spotless and cleaned several times a day. Breakfasts are excellent. The staff is friendly and polite. Plus, the hotel is in the very centre of Milan and it's easy to walk everywhere. Highly recommended! |

Location, location, location--perfect for our trip to downtown Milan, including opera, Duomo, shopping and other sites. Staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Hotel was clean and well equipped. |

The location of the hotel is excelent and the room was clean with comfortable bed. It's amazing the number of TV channels that is offered - from everywhere in the world. The breakfast should be a little be better, but was ok. |

Hotel is clean and quiet. Good location. Abundant breakfast. One of the staff was not friendly. When two of my friends came back with me after shopping and gonna to put shopping bags in my room, he rejected and even not allowed them to go up to my room. |

Well it's position could not be better! Though its an old school type of hotel its well maintained and taken care of! The reception was helpful and spoke good English. No internet in the room, though it was free in the lobby ( you still need a password from the reception.) The TV (LCD) was awkward to watch as its hung high in the wall! |

A fekvése a belvárosban pompás, a szoba egyszerű, a fürdőszoba remek. Aki meg tudja fizetni, az igen jól érezheti magát, a szemáélyzet előzékeny, figyelmes. A Scala közvetlen közelében, a dóm 3 perces sétára, a nagy múzeumok gyalog 10-30 perc alatt elérhetők, éttermek minden kategóriában a környéken, Élelmiszer és itel bolt a divatüzletekkel együtt a közelben. |

J'ai apprécié la situation de l'hôtel proche de la Scala, et le petit déjeuner qui est copieux. Le wifi qui n'est disponible que dans le hall, mais il est gratuit. |

Sijainti hyvä. Henkilökunta ystävällistä ja avuliasta. Aamupala riittävä ja hyvä, mutta hedelmiä ja vihanneksia jäin kaipaamaan. Huone pieni ja pimeä! Yksi kunnon kohdevalaisin parantaisi asiaa. Ei silitysrautaa. Fööni melko olematon ja tehoton. Vain yksi yhteensopiva pistoke partakoneelle, puhelimelle ja kameralle pesuhuoneessa katonrajassa. Jotenkin nuhjuinen yleisvaikutelma. |
