The Hotel was nice. It had a 4 star rating which kind of surprised me. I thought 4 stars was much for the hotel. Nice but not Luxurious. I've paid less and got more, especially in Las Vegas. |

A member of staff kindly run after us after we checked out to let me know I had left my ipod, so trustworthy! Plus they kindly offered to keep hold of our luggage for the day after we checked out so we could explore the city bag free:) which was much appreciated!!! We were not informed until the day we arrived that the bathrooms with baths in are only available in the rooms with twin beds. |

We only stayed for the night but the staff were very professional and helped with all questions asked of them the price in the bar for 6 drinks 50 euros was excessive!! |

Conveniently close to Bergamo Airport, a short taxi ride away. An ideal stop over place on route from one destination to another, we stayed for 1 night. Very clean and comfortable. Excellent value for money. |

Our 2nd stay at the hotel (on way home) we were disappointed with the breakfast -only a few rolls and no fresh bread. We have stayed in comparable hotels with a superior breakfast. |

Very convenient for Bergamo airport and nice spacious room. Reception staff very pleasant. Very expensive for drinks and did not like patio area used for breakfast. Glorified marquee |

Rooms are big. Close to the airport and to the city center (five to ten minutes by car). Easy to park outside (hotel also has a private parking). |

It is a business hotel quite far away from the city center. If you have a car you can reach the center within 10 minutes but there you will have parking problem. The hotel is quite clean and the staff is very kind There aren't any nice restaurants nearby. |

During our stay in Cristallo Palace hotel we enjoyed all services, especially professional attitude of the staff, good location(5-7 minutes to Bergamo rail station and center), tasteful and good choice breakfast and excellent design of the room within innovative idea of pillomania! |

The first issue- very friendly staff. Good breakfest. There is not direct transport connection to the airport, although it is only 3 km far from the hotel. Poor choice english TV programms. Too expensive internet. |
