Good price for 4 star hotel, even if the hotel immidiately takes money from your credit card and there is no way to pay cash or by other card.

Far from the airport, we arrived at 11 P.M. there was the bus Linea 1 to the railway station Bergamo and we asked driver to stop us near the hotel. We were lucky he stopped, otherwise another 20 minutes to walk at night. Hotel needs updating.

The Staff at Starhotels Cristallo Palace (especially Laura on reception) were extremely helpful, kind, friendly and efficient. The hotel was everything I hoped it would be. The room was large, warm, comfortable and the bathroom was excellent and stocked with toiletries for an overnight stay. The pressure in the shower was excellent - a treat for Irish people! Dinner in the Restaurant was excellent and at breakfast I noticed there was a table of Gluten Free products!

I can't think of one bad thing to say about this hotel.

Nothing really, We felt that we paid too much money for the standard of the hotel, 100.00 euro per night!!!... It is supposed to be 4 star, but this hotel is 2-3 star...And It still has fixtures and fittings from the 70'S....They also charge 4.00 euro for a bottle of water.

This hotel is over priced, 100.00 per night for the standard...Its not 4 star more like 2-3 star...still has fixtures and fittings from the 70'S...And location is not ideal...I Also think that 4.00 euro for a bottle of water is a complete insult to anyone's inteligence... (At least a thief wears a mask when he is robbing you!!! ) I have stayed in better hotels for half the price.

The service we received was Spectacular! The pillows were very comfortable.

That we did not get to take coffee with us at 6 AM for our flight. To go cups would be great!

The Hotel had really nice failities, friendly-english speaking-staff, elevator to the room which was very clean and tidy. The breakfast was awesome, in a big room with balcony and there were several options for a diferent range of tastes. The personell gave us precise information on how to move around in the city.

the rooms were quite small and the bathrooms were dated especially the hair dryer. they didnt seem to match the quality of the rest of the hotel

Clean, efficient and good staff

The friendly staff, the cleanliness of our room and the value of money.

There was a free transportation to the railway station, but in specific times and there was no transportation to the airport. Near the hotel there wasn't easy to find a way to get to the centre of the town. The better way was to walk for 20-30 minutes! Also, there is no possibility for earlier breakfast (you can have only o quick coffee) before the departure of your flight. The problem is that the hotel includes the above services in its official site!

No iron in bedroom.

I stayed Starhotels Cristallo Palace ones again and I liked it. It's modern good quality quite low priced hotel at convinient location concerning the airport.(About 10min with taxi - there is also local bus option from airport.) Quality of bathroom and bed were just excellent. Also the whole room was very clean. I will use this hotel also next time when visiting Bergamo/Milano.

Breakfast was very bad, internet did not work fee in the rooms only in lobby. Even in lobby did not have good connection

Very close to the airport, so it was easy to get there in the morning. The stuff was very kind and gave us all the information we asked for. Quite close to the city centre: 30 minutes by foot. Not a 4* hotel, but it was clean and comfortable.

Unfortunately, we booked a taxi to the hotel and it charged us 20euros for 3 km to take us to the airport.. So, the best option is to book yourself in the city one day before your flight. Or take a bus nearby They spoke about a little breakfast in the morning if you leave earlier than 7, but, in fact, it is just a coffee, nothing else more. The free transport (by taxi) to the train station and city centre is not available all the time: schedule hours - 3 in the morning and 4 in the afternoon.
