Para quem tem de se deslocar na zona de Bergamo tem uma excelente localização, e o Aeroporto de Orio fica a menos de 3 minutos com muito bons acessos. O serviço de Internet é um pouco desajustado. |

The staff were particularly more professional and helpful than in other hotels. For instance, they opened their breakfast dining 15 minutes earlier to accommodate us on an early flight. We chose this location to be ready for a flight out of Bergamo which is very close by. Bergamo is quite a distance from Milan, just to pick up a cheaper air fare. Disappointed in not getting to see Bergamo alto. |

The bed was extremely large (super king) and comfortable. The staff were very courteous and helpful. We did not realise that it was 2.5 km outside Bergamo. |

Excellent buffet breakfast, helpful staff, very clean room, comfortable beds. Location - a shuttle bus to the airport and town would have made a huge difference. Roof terrace could be better. |

Cleanliness and timely availability of the room.Breakfast was good and hotel staff offered a good and friendly service. The fact that there was no tea/coffee making facility in the room, I did not like. If the hotel transport can start one hour before and breakfast from 6:30, it would make a big difference to those who have to leave early, especially on the last day of the stay. |

I can find no fault with the hotel or staff. I requested a lower floor because of a fear of hights and that is what I got it was perfect breakfast was very pleasant and my taxi arrived quickly thank you I arriived late so the bar was closed (I understand that) but the mini bar was so expensive |

It was comfortable and convenient to the airport There was no courtesy airport bus available (as advertised) and the bar was not open at 00.45 (as advertised). This was very disappointing. |

Close to the airport, clean rooms, friendly staff. The breakfast had "real coffee" (Typ Svensk kaffe!!). 4 stars is for me to much for this hotel, I would like to compare it with a Swedish 3 star hotel. |

Room was very nice and very clean. Breakfast was excellent and staff very helpful. Visiting Bergamo without car, bus service was very good to city and old city center with help figuring out schedule. Hotel shuttle only available during the week. Taxi charge for short ride to airport was excessive. |

The hotel was very clean especially the rooms/bathrooms which are an important factor to myself & partner. Staff spoke very good English & were helpful with local advice/knowledge. Bar prices were really over the top & when asked for 4 beers, we were presented with 4 pints of beer including 1 each for the ladies....................... Tea/Coffee in the rooms would be a very welcome sight. |

Room small.No way was this hotel 4 star.breakfast too basic for 4 star hotel.Dinner in restaurant very pricey and wine very expensive.i was ripped off by taxi to airport-18 euro.The girlfriend who left earlier to go shopping only paid 8 euro.Internet had to be paid for which is an insult. |
