Beautiful large modern hotel with clean and comfortable rooms. Great restaurant. Easy access to Milan by train about 30 mins and lake como about 20 mins. Easy 10 min walk to station.

Travelling with a pet - beware. €30 charge for deep cleaning a room after one night stay with small dog who slept in her own bed is excessive. It should have been made explicit on hotel publicity prior to booking. This is much more than the usual supplement charged by hotels

It had everything we needed for our stay in Milan, easy access to the train which had direct links to the malpensa airport (20min) and central Milan (25min). A supermarket and nice pizzeria close by. Our main reason for visiting Milan was for my husband to attend the Fair, the hotel had a shuttle direct to the fair and back which was great Overall it is a nice modern hotel with all facilities you expect of a hotel of this level.

This not really a dislike but general comment about location. As we went to central city most nights, so it was a little further to get there and back again and we had to be careful not to miss the last train home, but we new this was the situation when booking the hotel, we just had to factor it into our plans.

Good room size, clean, comfortable

Personal is not very helpful . Be aware that there are big problem with taxi . I had been waiting a taxi 45 min and taxi arrived from Milan with 21 euro .

Excellent value for money, staff very kind, forthcoming and polite. Hotel very family focused. We will definitely come back.

I decided to use this hotel for an overnight stay to be near Milan Malpensa for a morning flight. Its location about 30 mins by train to the airport was easy and it is very near to the train station. I think its a pretty good shout for visiting to Milan if you get a good deal. We paid eighty five euros and the room was excellent with the biggest kingsize bed I have ever seen. Brekkie was a good choice of hot and cold in a professional restuarant. No complaints at all with this hotel.

Although it is only 5 mins from the station it is difficult to find without verbal directions. Just ask anyone who looks local for some help.

Internet was not working when we arrived and it was not informed before to make the check-in. Sometimes internet access is crucial and they should inform the guest before the check in, because then, the customers can decide if they will stay or not. But they charge the credit card first and we were aware only when we get to the room. That is unnaceptable. Theres a marble table in the room which is very cold and not comfortable to work in it.

Location to station execellent for getting into Milan central or Malpensa airport. Staff friendly. Great breakfast. Supermarket nearby. When special is offered it great value for money.

This was an high quality (4*) hotel hotel which we booked at a very competitive rate. The hotel was immaculate, rooms big and comfortable and an excellent breakfast. Within 10 minute walk of the station with frequent trains to Milan. We didn't try the hotel restaurant but there is an excellent restaurant across the road.

The Hotel was lovely and the staff could not of been kinder. I arrived at the hotel after an 17 hour flight at 8:00am when the normal chack in time is 2:00pm. I was dreading having to sit in the lobby for hours. Instead they let me check in as soon as i arrived.....excellent service and all done with a friendly smile.
