L'hotel té una situació immillorable. Les instalacions són molt agradables i la cuina del restaurant és molt correcta. Té bons vins italians.Personal amable i atent.

Els estris de bany una mica justets.

Beautiful Hotel, would definitely stay here again. Staff were very helpful and breakfast was a treat. Great location, near to metro and in the heart of the city. A very up market hotel. I would love to go back to Milan just so that I could stay in this hotel again.

The location of the hotel was great. Perfect for shopping and the Dumo right next door. Plenty of cafes close by.

The service of all staff was very poor. They were very unhelpful and slow.Was surprise considering this hotel is an international luxury brand. The room service charges are very expensive for 2 star food. There is no ironing board service to your room so you will face huge pressing prices.

I went to Milan with my boyfriend and had upgraded the room to a deluxe room, when we got to the hotel we got upgraded to an executive room which was amazing, great big bathroom, lots of space. Breakfast was good too

The rooms are a little pricey but justifiable for the location and decor, kettle didn't work that's all really

Location 5 minutes walk from Duomo and luxury fashion shopping. A/C is good in summer. Rooms quiet. Clean and comfortable. Very fashionable lobby decoration.

Excellent location for shopping, less than a minute from the Piazza del Duomo where all the shops are. You can always go back to your room to rest and put down your shopping bags before going back to continue. Breakfast was good, the bar/lounge was the perfect place to wind down late at night. Restaurant also served very good food.

We also booked the same room last year, the double rooms on the higher floors(in my case it was 4th floor) are more modern but smaller whereas those on the lower floors(in my case it was 2nd floor) are more old-fashioned but bigger. Internet is still very expensive even after cutting the price from 22 euros a day to 11 euros a day, this service should be made free in order to differentiate from rival 4 and 5 star hotels in the same area. Parking is expensive at 45 euros a day.

Rooms were beautifully decorated and appointed; nice beds, towels, and other amenities. Included breakfast was also good.

Front desk service was inept before and at check-in. We had difficulty navigating the 1-way streets in Milan and finding the hotel, and there was no one who could direct us. In addition, there was no apparent concierge service, and the front desk gave us only 1 restaurant reservation and made us call for our own reservations.
