beliggenheden de havde ikke modtaget reservationen, men vi fik værelset alligevel. Dog ikke et rigtigt 3-sengs værelse, som vi troede vi havde bestilt. Og det tog selvfølgelig noget ekstra tid at checke ind. |

The location is great - just a few steps from the cathedral, galleria and subway. In our reservation we had asked for a quiet room, but we found on the next morning that there was construction work right below our window. So we had to change rooms, which was not very nice and convenient. The breakfast room was overcrowded. We asked for decaffeinated coffee and that was a big problem for the staff. Also international newspapers were seldom available, but a really wide range of italian newspapers (which is ok, but a hotel should not describe newspaper service in its english brochure when they don't offer English newspapers on a daily basis). |

The location is excellent and the renovated rooms are nice ( those which are reasonably large, because many of them are ridiculously small). |

Very pleasant, helpful staff at front desk. Attractive, comfortable room. Would stay here again. Room was a little far from the elevators. Next time we would request a room a little closer. |

the spacious room , the design , the position , the bar , the gentle atmosphere the breakfast could be better in taste and choices , though the breakfast room is very nice having very nice view at the movement of the city |

the hotel is in a fantastic location, with easy access to all the sites and shops. we had a super old-fashioned room that was very clean and comfortable. the staff were not unpleaseant, but neither were they very helpful. however, i think this may be due to a lack of local knowledge about transport and the city itself |

Internet charge in the bussiness corner is a high street robbery.Swisscom which is the provider charges 21,00 EURO per hour.....or 0,35 per minute.Most hotels offer free internet corner. |
