Hotellets beliggenhed ud til Duomoen og generel shopping! Værelset var suværent med masser af plads, maden var dejlig, morgen og aften - generelt har jeg ingen minusser.

Wi-fi network was bad ...bad no internet in room...... Even in the lobby , small varieties in breakfast , no transportation from hotel to the airport including with package

The breakfast was really poor and even the staff in the breakfast were not up to the standered and not reflecting the excellence of the hotel in general

I liked the location. It is Just in the center of Milan. Very close to the stop of Hop on hop off bus stop. Very close to shopping street. Staff is very polite. Excellent.

Location is perfect less than a minute to dumo

Bath top blocked even with fix requests, sound outside the room was very annoying, the room was far from elevator.

Desk staff were very helpful and made the beginning of our stay easy and convenient. Staff were great. Breakfast selection very good. Fantastic location. Clean, quiet and well appointed.

The strongest point of this hotel ( I was here before on a business trip and stayed in a upgraded room ) is certaily its location which couldn't be more convenient for tourism, shopping and business. Last time I had an excelent impression of the staff. This time wasn't quite like that. The personnel at the desk didn't seem to be as helpful and polite as last time.

Our room ($202,00 euros) was smaller than it looked in the ad ( also the furniture and carped were stained and worn out), howerver the bathroom was very confortable. Our room was extremely far from the elevators. A real maze! At the end of an extremely long and crooked corridor! It took us two days to memorize the way! Since we were as far as that from the emergency stairway as well, I believe that means real danger in case of a fire. Also the breakfast offered very few choices.

Very rude staff, and did not know her job, as she want to charge me extra e 50 per night which I already paid through the website. Also she sent us to the room while it is still being cleaned-up.

The best thing about Rosa Granf Hotel is it's location, very very close to the Duomo, also the design of the hotel, The Lobby, the rooms, the restaurants, and the bathrooms all look perfectly designed, it was a modern elegant re-enovated room that met my expectations.

Mostly it was a good experience, but I didn't like the attitude of some of the Housekeeping employees, you also need to be sure that the water is complementry for it was in the mini bar and I didnt know if it was free or not untill later, I liked the food but one sandwich was served burnt one time, you might also face a problem with the Room Service, they dont answer the call quickly, sometimes I had to ask the reception to help me with this issue, if you are planning to eat out side then you wont have a problem, and I hope you'd be lucky enough not to meet that mean, rude, old House Keeper with short brown hair, I hope I remember her name!

Very nice Location , I like the service and if I plan to go again to Milano I will go to same hotel with out think cause this is the best hotel

Hmm to be honest I didn't see anything wrong or something I didn't like
