Svarede helt bestemt til beskrivelsen samt forventningerne. Hotellet var beliggende næsten som nabo til Il Duomo Katedralen og i Milanos Centrum med gåafstand til alt hvad hjertet kunne ønske. Morgenmaden kunne måske forbedres en anelse men det er bagateller i den hele sammenhæng. |

Høj standard til en meget passende pris. Unik beliggenhed lige bag Dumoen og med næsten alle milanos sights indenfor yderst rimelig gåafstand. Der var et utroligt "run" på morgenmadsresturanten (kapasitetsproblemer), man blev flot betjent i loungen, men møbler og borde her egners sig ikke til at spise ved. |

Fremragende placering - hvis man ønsker at bo i det inderste af Milanos hjerte! Venlig og imødekommende velkomst med hurtigt indcheck, hyggeligt værelse med super seng!! bar og restaurant på hotellet. Hurtigt og venligt check ud !! Opbevaring af bagage efter check-ud til afgang !! Alt i top ! |

the location,the cleaness,the reception Thought it was 10 degrees celsiou outside, we had put off the heating and we had opened the windows it was still very hot in the room.It seems that some hot air is transmitted to the rooms propably, through the ventilation system. |

I was there for shopping and sightseeing. Location is ideal: about 10 eur by taxi from the Central railway station; Duomo just around the corner, touristic buses too, taxi station in front of the hotel, shopping streets in a few steps, very safe area (police everywhere). Rooms are very nice, although I've stayed in non-renovated room (but still - clean and nice). Price was about 100 eur per person (but maybe not a high season). Breakfast not the best, but still very good (included into room rate). Have already recommended this hotel to many people. |

The interior design ( lamps, mobilier , stairs ), the atmosphere is t excelent ! The mobilier of the room ! can be more modern , like the reception for example ! |

Great Location(a minute away from the Duomo!), great service, extremely nice room, what more can you say. The dryer installed in the bathroom was somthing you would find in cheap hotels(2-3star). Should be changed! |

Reception staff were very helpful and friendly. There isn't iron with stand available in the room, they said for security reasons but residents can get their own and use it so where is the security in this case. Moreover, electric adapter wasn't available at the hotel, I had to go and buy it from outside. |

The most important thing is only location from city sights. All other things are not better then in another 4 stars hotels in Milan. I had curtain in the room devided from cornice and nobody paid attention on this during my stay (2 days). |

The location is excellent for any activity, just behind Duomo. We had an executive room in the new wind. It was very nice, comfortable, with modern decoration and well equipped bathroom. The front desk staff are very kind and helpfull. 1) I believe the breakfast could be improved in variety as far as the cooked items. It has only scrabbled eggs, bacon and sausages. 2) The internet WI-FI connection is expensive. 3) The lobby area is rather small for the size of this hotel but due to it's location most guests prefere the surrounding restaurants and snack bars. |
