From arriving at the hotel and throught my stay all staff made my wife and I welcome, they acted professionally ensuring our stay was a fantastic experience. The hotel is ideally placed for shoping, site seeing for example, the Duomo Castella, La Scala Opera house the Royal Palace and many excellent restaurants. |

breakfast is good and delicious. location is good as well. There is AC which was really good. some staff were rude. when I ordered breakfast for room, the personel was wondering about the number of breads I was ordering. I had payed for the breakfast how come she think that I'm eating too much or giving to somebody else?. it's my money and my stomach!. the other thing is that room was very far from the lift they should provide more than one lift area since it is a big hotel! |

The room was very spacious and grand, well designed and very comfortable. It had all the comforts of a hotel - robes, slippers, complimentary tea/coffee, mini-bar, breakfast included etc. A super pleasant stay. |

Location,location and location.....Styling is very nice ,it is really quality.. I have seen,how the staff of a nice company can damage the business.The dirtiness on floor on corridor was three days terrible and nobody of house keeping paid attention on this.This was not the first time stay by Starhotel Rosa but it is really pity for this nice hotel.... |

The location of the hotel was excellent. It's proximity to the centre of the city, ability to park in the hotel and the child friendly atmosphere around the hotel were it's strong points. The rooms we had were at best very average. They need complete updating. |

The hotel location is the best thing I face in my trip to Milan and the hotel was very close to the required locations e.g. Domuo, restaurant and famous streets. I didn't like the way they use the credit cards they hold more than transaction by mistake. |

Mt friends and I were treated with courtesy. Our queries were answered politely and efficiently. The large entrance space seemed rather cold and lacked welcoming warmth. The reception desk was not immediately obvious. |

The room was clean and had a very comfortable bed, as befitting a four-star hotel. Superb location - virtually next to the Duomo. Compared to the other hotels we stayed, we found that this hotel was not tourist-friendly. There was no information literature in the room and the bell-desk made no effort to help us when we asked for suggestions. Also, while the room itself was clean and comfortable, the corridor had a strange smell. |
