Location ,it is convenes near to shopping , luxury clean building , good staff

Wi-fi network was bad ...bad no internet in room...... Even in the lobby , small varieties in breakfast , no transportation from hotel to the airport including with package

The location is ideal - a stonethrow away form all the buzz of Milan. The magnificent Duomo, La Scala, shopping district and even the park. Some good eating places as well although some tend not to be value for money. Hotel staff helpful and courteous.

The location is spectacular! Everything is close by and we did not have to travel by metro even though the metro station is a 3 minute walk from the hotel. The service of the staff upon arrival was excellent. They explained to us what is near and what is not, where we can go, what time ships close, provided us with a map and explained the main locations. They were happy to answer all our questions at every time. Once they knew we were honeymooners, they upgraded our room with no extra charge, which is a very nice gesture.

Rooms were very small. The view was a plain white wall when we have requested a view of the city. Free internet was only available at the lobby, if we wanted it in rooms, the charge is around 5 euros which I think is very high for 24 hours only.

Staff were not the friendliest i have come across . Some room information regarding the hotel and the city would have been welcome .

The location couldn´t be better

First of all I like the location, near Piazza d' Uommo. Second i like the breakfast in this hotel. The hotel is very clean ahd has quality. At your site I found good price.

Good location near Cathedral. Taxi stabd across the street a great convenince. Staff was helpful.

Difficulot to take advantage of wi-fi. Need for short timed password in lobby needlessly inconvenient. Charging for room and office center use seems silly given the room rate--should inlcude free wi-fi throughout the hotel without need for short timed password.

The hotel is a perfect place to stay during short visits to Milan, all major city attractions are with a walking distance. The rooms are a bit small but have nice modern decoration (starting from superior room). The hotel has a very good restaurant and an amazing lounge bar where you have a pleasure to stay after a long day.

The reception stuff looks very busy and not always friendly or willing to help
