Thought it was 10 degrees celsiou outside, we had put off the heating and we had opened the windows it was still very hot in the room.It seems that some hot air is transmitted to the rooms propably, through the ventilation system.

I was there for shopping and sightseeing. Location is ideal: about 10 eur by taxi from the Central railway station; Duomo just around the corner, touristic buses too, taxi station in front of the hotel, shopping streets in a few steps, very safe area (police everywhere). Rooms are very nice, although I've stayed in non-renovated room (but still - clean and nice). Price was about 100 eur per person (but maybe not a high season). Breakfast not the best, but still very good (included into room rate). Have already recommended this hotel to many people.

The location was ideal, the staff was really helpful and the service excellent.

There isn't iron with stand available in the room, they said for security reasons but residents can get their own and use it so where is the security in this case. Moreover, electric adapter wasn't available at the hotel, I had to go and buy it from outside.

The most important thing is only location from city sights. All other things are not better then in another 4 stars hotels in Milan.

I had curtain in the room devided from cornice and nobody paid attention on this during my stay (2 days).

The location is excellent for any activity, just behind Duomo. We had an executive room in the new wind. It was very nice, comfortable, with modern decoration and well equipped bathroom. The front desk staff are very kind and helpfull.

1) I believe the breakfast could be improved in variety as far as the cooked items. It has only scrabbled eggs, bacon and sausages. 2) The internet WI-FI connection is expensive. 3) The lobby area is rather small for the size of this hotel but due to it's location most guests prefere the surrounding restaurants and snack bars.

i liked the hotel location. it is located at the center of milan minutes away from the dummo and the main shopping places.

Location of the hotel was perfect, close to Duomo and most of the shops. Room (Deluxe) was quite spacious and lift worked well. Staff was very friendly and helpful, most of them spoke English.

Breakfast was poor! Scarmbled eggs and bacon were awful, orange juice wasn't pressed from oranges but bought from a store. I also missed some vegetables, tomatoes etc. Breakfast room was also crowded and we had to wait in line to get in.

We stayed in the hotel only one night, as we came for business. We loved every moment. The hotel is situated in the best place in town. The bed in the room was huge and comfortable, breakfast was excellent. We will definately come again.
