Checking out. Very slow check in, we had booked a superior room and were shown an inferior room. We moved to a junior suite. The roof of the bathroom fell down. Internet did not work in bedroom. A rather cold, impersonal business hotel. Not ideal for leisure traveller.

Location is excelent !!!! 10m to the duomo and the rinascente mall, monte napoleone street is 5 min walk They gave us a room in the old part of the hotel, it was ok but i think the other rooms where way better. The wi-fi in rooms is not free is 8€/day

the location is perfect for the city tour, the reception staff and conseirage was very helpfull. breakfast was poor in healthy food selection.

Location is excellent and very central. Modern style (some rooms more traditional). Good size rooms. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Concierge made excellent restaurant recommendations - exactly the type of places we wanted to eat at. Breakfast was adequate however they should keep the yoghurts chilled. I opened one and it was mouldy (despite being in date). The waiter whisked it away from me but I received no apology.

Excellent hotel, very confortable, rooms are very nice, staff is friendly and helpful. Duomo is just 200 m from the hotel. In a 200 € room to be necessary to pay extra for internet connection.
