i like the location , room style , services every thing was good i did not like the breakfast , there was no iron in the room and when i call the room service they told me it is not allowed to use it in the room !!! |

Excellent location, 50mts from Duomo and Vittorio Emanuele II shopping street. Breakfast staff confused at rush hour. The website shows room pictures with modern decoration, differently of the one we stayed that was a bit outdated. |

It was very clean. The air conditioning worked well. The breakfast was reasonable. The concierge was helpful in getting a taxi for us. Free internet access is needed or free Airline Boarding pass printing would be great. |

The location is great - just a few steps from the cathedral, galleria and subway. In our reservation we had asked for a quiet room, but we found on the next morning that there was construction work right below our window. So we had to change rooms, which was not very nice and convenient. The breakfast room was overcrowded. We asked for decaffeinated coffee and that was a big problem for the staff. Also international newspapers were seldom available, but a really wide range of italian newspapers (which is ok, but a hotel should not describe newspaper service in its english brochure when they don't offer English newspapers on a daily basis). |

The location is excellent and the renovated rooms are nice ( those which are reasonably large, because many of them are ridiculously small). |

Very pleasant, helpful staff at front desk. Attractive, comfortable room. Would stay here again. Room was a little far from the elevators. Next time we would request a room a little closer. |
