The location is without peer. The service was polite and practical. The breakfast buffet was substantial and high quality. Only one point for improvement is the timed wifi service offered in the lobby area which is free but one needs to get a printed user name and password every 30 mins. Perhaps the hotel should just provide a user name and password on checkin with unlimited use for free.

Good location, Excellent staff, Very luxurious, Free upgrade and very clean and excellent decoration of the room The breakfast was really poor and even the staff in the breakfast were not up to the standered and not reflecting the excellence of the hotel in general

Great location Internet access from the room did not work. No one was able to fix this. On a subsequent stay in early October the internet access from the room still did not work! Today very difficult to stay in a hotel without internet access! The external vendor Swisscom provides a poor service! Don't stay here if you need internet access from your room. Staff unable to help!

I liked the location. It is Just in the center of Milan. Very close to the stop of Hop on hop off bus stop. Very close to shopping street. Staff is very polite. Excellent.

Desk staff were very helpful and made the beginning of our stay easy and convenient. Staff were great. Breakfast selection very good. Fantastic location. Clean, quiet and well appointed.

1) Location is in the heart of Milan. 2) Staff were nice, specially the gentlemen on the information desk (Both Sams & Fabio). 3) Furniture and room were modern and new. 4) Room service was good, they cleaned our room twice a day! 5) They kept our car and bags for 6 hours after we checked out. 1) Parking cost us 45 euro a day! 2) We knew the hotel was in the city center, but still our room view was just a Wall!

The strongest point of this hotel ( I was here before on a business trip and stayed in a upgraded room ) is certaily its location which couldn't be more convenient for tourism, shopping and business. Last time I had an excelent impression of the staff. This time wasn't quite like that. The personnel at the desk didn't seem to be as helpful and polite as last time. Our room ($202,00 euros) was smaller than it looked in the ad ( also the furniture and carped were stained and worn out), howerver the bathroom was very confortable. Our room was extremely far from the elevators. A real maze! At the end of an extremely long and crooked corridor! It took us two days to memorize the way! Since we were as far as that from the emergency stairway as well, I believe that means real danger in case of a fire. Also the breakfast offered very few choices.

Great location, nice and clean room. Very rude staff, and did not know her job, as she want to charge me extra e 50 per night which I already paid through the website. Also she sent us to the room while it is still being cleaned-up.
