Very clean hotel,every day they changed sheets and towels, big rooms with all comforts,tasty breakfast, metro station just outside the hotel

no free wifi, no snack bar available.

Excelent hotel , very confortable , clean , good breakfast , free parking , easy to access tangentiale and A4 .

Its everything you would expect from a modern hotel. Large spacious rooms, large comfortable bed. It is outside of central Milan, but across the road from the M5 Metro underground which takes you straight in to Milan.

Comfort : Very good, the best Hotel for our trip to Europe [4 stars], very spacious room, bigger bed for us than other Hotel [King size, maybe ?] Facility : Hotel with lift, and I see many floors, and this Hotel have metro stations in front of it, and the Metro has lift to the surface, so we don't have any diff getting to this Hotel Location : It's not in the centre of the city, but it's in front of Metro Bignami [New Metro Line, with New Metro Station], so it's easy to reach anything with Metro Breakfast : Very, very, very good ! It's abundantly, and very diff from the other, the croissant is very delicious, the cereal is different too, everything here is delicious

Staff : - We have some grudge toward the staff in the breakfast area, though when we checked out, They ask us bout the experience staying in this Hotel and we told the reception bout it, and the staff in the reception gradually told that they're sorry, and ensure us it won't happen again

there was a brand new metro line right across the hotel which was very clean and convenient.the breakfast was really good

the hotel was difficult to find.we got lost a couple of times.the city tax was expensive(8 euros per night)and it was stated differently on a notice at the reception(it wrote 1-4 euros per night)

- Very good accessibility both from the motorway by car and through public transport from the city (the lift to the underground is exactly 40 meter from the hotel) - Clean, elegant, well-equipped - Breakfast is quite delicate - Large outskirt city-park is in close vicinity excellent for walking/jogging

- The breakfast area is relatively small compared to the hotel's size especially when there is a larger tourist group eating together - The availability of the free lobby Wi-Fi is little-bit complicated, you can collect codes from the receptionist 30 minutes validity - There is no small shop in the surrounding to purchase basic things

The room was perfect: clean, quiet (I mean very quiet, just like I had asked), and well organized. The staff was super friendly. Everything was absolutely perfect, but a small problem with the bill that, however, the staff solved by the next day. Probably the best hotel I've ever stayed (in this type of trip, i.e., business). Also very easy to reach with the metro (a new line has been active for a month now! definitely useful).

I believe that internet connection should be included in the price of the room, especially in 4 stars hotels. Besides, the cost for the connection was ridiculously high in my opinion.

maybe too far from the city, but because the price affordable. Who has a car is not a problem to get to the center. It should be no more than 15 minutes

Everything was good, comfortable and clean room, very nice breakfast. Even though we rented a car, subway station is just few steps away from the hotel. Staff was very friendly and helpful

We were provided a smoking room, of which we were not informed in advance or at the check in. The smell in the room was quite heavy but we were quite tired to ask for the change.

The staff are all very nice,and the breakfast buffet is good,also there is a new subway station just outside,so it is kind of convenient to get to the city center,all you need to do is transfer at zara and there more stations you will get to Duomo.btw,the parking is free ;)

A little be far from the city center,and there is no much of choice of the restaurant nearby...

We got a good last minute rate. And what a value for the money! Although our room was very small (nothing like the one in the pictures), it was very warm, with great furniture, ilumination and shower. The bed was comfortable and wide. The staff was fantastic. Breakfast was simply one of the best we had in our 3 weeks trip over Italy. And the extra: free garage parking!

Our room was outside the main building. A cold breeze blowed through the botton of the door. Put some towels and it was solved.
