Fashion design.Location.Sky TV Doesn't look as standard hotel, more like B&B.They have poor maintenance in their rooms. Toilet broken since we arrive.Phone not working. Internet not working. Towels hanger broken. They have 0 tourist information. Bad communication between staff. We had to complain to 4 people about the problems in our bathroom. The B&B is being fixed as the toilet stuf is falling down. They have no maintenance service at weeking. We coudn't pay with Visa because machine was not working. Very noisy on Monday because people working in 2nd floor. They have no toilet in the reception area si if you leave the hotel you can't go to the toilet. |

The most remarkable aspect of the hotel is the value of money, especially in a city like Rome where the hotels are not the best in the world. If you need a comfortable hotel, excellent located, calm, new and nice, this is your place If you look for a mammoth breakfast you will be disappointed |

Excellent location. Good breakfast buffet. It was a bit difficult to find the entrance. There were some ventilation problems in the room. |

The staff were great. Very helpful. The room was lovely, although extremely small ( I stayed in the single for one person), however, it was just fine for one night, as I was departing from Roma the folowing morning after a week in Tuscany. I prefer a room with windows that look outside to the street and the single room looked out into this rather depressing internal area. I would be nice if they could make the view from that window more pleasing in some way. |

we found the staff to be very helpful and they gave us extra blankets when asked. the hotel is very central and very clean and of a good standard. when we arrived it was quite cold and the heating did not work in our room. also there was only one light blanket on the bed and no extra ones in the room. the heating did not work during our stay. |

Excellent location. Central to everything. Rooms spacious for room and very clean. Water in both showers had to be in for a good ten - fifteen minutes before it got warm and even then not hot. Asked for wake up call at 6.30 a.m. and got it at 12.30 a.m. |

The room was very clean, modern, and light/space was adequate. It had everything we needed and more. The staff was very helpful and always there. There was one thing only--the wake up call we requested didn't come. |

The room was very comfortable and cleaned every day.Excllent location near to all the tourist attractions and resturants.Staff were very helpful. Breakfast was basic with very little choice, the lift was small and people with limited mobility may have dificulty as the stairs are narrow.Although newly refurbished the shower door would not close fully. |

Single room was very small but lovely and very modern. When we got there the triple room was not available which we booked, but I was provided with an alternate room. Our receptionist on the second day was very nice and helpful. She gave us three tickets for the bus tour that a previous guest did not use. The hotel is in a great location, just near the Spanish Steps and good shopping. The breakfast was indicative of Italian breakfast, cold meats, cheese and sweet cakes. Our coffee and tea was served very cold. However, when I asked for a latte it was fine. |

Excellent location. Almost all points of interest within walking distance. Nicely designed rooms, very clean, comfortable bed. Staff very friendly and helpful. Some rooms are on the 2nd floor together with the reception and the dining room. Especially the reception (phone calls and talking with guests) was very annoying. Fortunately we could change to another room. |

The modern bathroom and the brand of the toiletries. I also appreciated the flat screen TV and the safety deposit box in the room. The size of the room. |

The location was great, excelent. We could walk to almost every sight of the downtown. The design of the hotel was very nice very modern, things seems to be very new. Breakfast was excelent as well... The recepcionist that did our checked in was very helpful. We booked a triple room but when we got there it was only a double bed in the room, they puted and extra bed in it so we dont know if the charged us a triple room for a double room. The bathroom kept doing all night long a annoing sound, the aircondition didn´t worked properly, our room was right next to the dining room so we heard all kind of noices. The day of our checked out we request a transfer service to the airport but the recepcionist didn´t call and we had to call for a taxi at the last minute her only excuse was that her boss gave her a lot to do so she didn find the time (¿¿¿????)....... The rooms were very tiny for 3 persons...... |

The rooms nicely designed and with good quality on textiles, soaps, shampoo, etc. Breakfast ok for being in the centre of Rome, capuccino for free for breakfast! The most impressive thing with StayInn is however the fantastic staff, the breakfast waitress, the ladies at the reception. All very friendly, very helpful, very interested in their guests' having a good time. Nothing was a problem for them, they contributed in creating a really nice atmosphere at the hotel. No, nothing. Have seen that some guests are complaining about the small elevator, but how many people are going to Rome to spend their time in elevators?? |

The hotel is in Via Cavour in the heart of the area that most tourists want to be and a 5 min walk from the Spanish steps. The room and bathroom were quite spacious and tastefully decorated in a modern style. The hotel had only been open for 2 months and is a family hotel run by a pleasant couple who are eager to please and make improvements. We had good free wi-fi in our room which was next to the room with the router but some guests on the floor above had to come downstairs to use the wi-fi. The room was quiet as Via Cavour has restricted vehicle traffic and there are heavy shutters on the windows that keep out unwanted noise and light. The lift is a bit small but the hotel can't change that, as it serves the whole building. |

Both of the rooms I booked had a HORRIBLE view - to a something like a small patio, but it was not a real patio, it was more like a ventilation tube, so we didn't have light nor fresh air at all! In fact we had two rooms without windows!!! It was not announced in the description of the hotel, where they even say than "most of our rooms have a small balcony". We asked for another rooms and they said that they had only a few rooms with normal window. So be carefull. A real disaster started when at 6 on the morning some workers started to use some very, VERY loud machine and repair something. Also the brekfast area is VERY small and when we asked for something to take away as we were leaving the last day before 7 am, the answer was short: NO. |

The location was excellent, in the centre of rome, close to metro, busses and taxi lines. Walking distance to all the sights. The room was absolutely clean, and very nice interiour design. And the staff was very nice and helpful and friendly. The breakfast was ok. The only thing to give place a minus was that the cleaning lady made a list of things we supposedly had taken from the minibar, although we had not. |
