The owner and staff were very friendly and welcoming. The hotel is set in beautifully maintained grounds. The pool is lovely. Our room was very nicely furnished and we appreciated having our own terrace to sit out on in the evening. It was nice to be able to get BBC world news on the TV!

Service in the restaurant was a little slow. The head waiter, Sergio, is brilliant, (and a great linguist) but he was rushed off his feet and could have used some help! But this was not a major problem and the food was good, if a little on the pricey side.

We stayed for six nights on this our second visit. Everything was great and food superb.

Stazzo is a beautiful place for holidays, pool and garden are fantastic. It is a perfect place to relax. It is not far from the beaches of Costa Smeralda. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Food is delicious. Highly recommended.

Beautiful area, lovely buildings and swimming pool. Idyllic terrace for breakfast and dining.

Price versus Quality, I paid to much for what I got. I paid for a suite with a decent double bed and a couch where my children slept on, and one bathroom with shower, 6 nights, breakfast and 3 diners 2.283 €. You can order an espresso or a cappuccino or a scrambled egg with your breakfast but with no additional charge... Only I found that out when I left and payed my bill or they made a mistake with my bill. Anyway, no one asked me in the morning if I wanted an omelet or a decent cappucino. There was insufficient internet availability and the quality was poor. They say it is a hotel, but there is no one around if you want a drink at the pool. You have to look first to find available staff and then you have to bring it yourself to the pool. There is not enough staff for this price category. Not enough waiters.

The restaurant was excellent and the waiter was great x taking time to explain everything and recommending our wine each night. He is a great ambassador for the hotel. The setting was lovely and very peaceful on a hill overlooking the town. The rooms were spacious and nicely done and the small number of rooms made for a great place to relax after exploring the coast.

Hotel is still in proces of development. That means the first part of complex is redy and nice but on the hill is still working people and you are living on buildings area without grase and with lot of dash. Rooms are ok in eu statistic more like 3stars not 4 stars like showing materials about hotel. Hotel has very nice restaurant but servis is completly depent on one very old person which speaking English and Germen: Break fast not coresponded with 4stars hotel. Restaurant is very expensive compare what you are reciveing around.

The material on internet absolutly doesnt corespondence with real pictures. Price is absolutly uncomperible with place, servis, quality etc. You can go to Hotel in Porto Cervo where is realy 4star hotel Bagaglino I Gilardini di Porto Cervo cross road directinos pitrizza and there is privat beach fantastic restaurant on water with 3 course in price 19EUR/persone including wine. Luxury acomodation 100m to beach and fantastic servis in half price compare Stazzo Lu Ciaccaru!!! We payed for 14day include breakfast 2760 eur and in Pitrizza you will recived much more and price in some rooms quality a season is 50% less. Never ever.

Sergio and the restaurant staff were amazing, nothing was ever too much trouble including making dishes that weren't on the menu. Food and wine were delicious. Eating in the hotel restaurant was expensive but well worth it, strongly suggest people go half board. The other benefit is that you can both drink alcohol and don't need one of you to drive, but without compromising on tasty dishes! The pool was beautiful and the surrounding landscapes are breath taking. When you arrive don't carry your bags up to reception or the poor girl in reception will get killed by her boss. Her words not mine!! They have a golf buggy to help with the hilly landscapes and so you don't give yourself a hernia. The staff will happily reccomend beaches and visits, the boat trip is nice but a bit expensive. Take food as the pasta wasn't great.

The absolutely only thing that I would reccommend is that you do really need to have a car to get out and about so if you're not happy driving on the other side then this probably isn't the location for you. But that was not a problem for us.

We had a fantastic stay at Stazzu Lu Ciaccaru! The hotel area is lovely and the suites large, comfortable and with a very nice decor. Perfect hotel to relax and at the same time close to the cities of Arzachena&Olbia and the coast line. All the hotel staff were extremely friendly and helpful and the restaurant served good and quality food both for breakfast and dinner. Hopefully we will be back at this hotel very soon :)

Bardzo ładna wiejska posiadłość z 1850 roku, bardzo dobra kuchnia, elegancko, dla ludzi, którzy potrzebują spokoju...

La grandeur et la propreté de la chambre. La salle de bain était grande et bien équipée. Le personnel de la réception était chaleureux et capable de bien nous informer.

Au restaurant, la carte était intéressante, mais le résultat dans l'assiette pas à la hauteur de ses prétentions

Erg behulpzaam personeel, we kregen een upgrade naar een grotere suite, omdat niet alles bezet was. Het obertje deed erg charmant zijn best het zijn gasten naar de zin te maken. Het hotel ligt prachtig in het glooiende platteland van noordoost Sardinië. Mooi verzorgd terrein, met aardige paviljoens in rurale stijl.

Het was koud, en daar was het hotel duidelijk niet op berekend. Een airco als verwarming maakt erg veel herrie en is niet erg efficient. Het ontbijt was uitstekend, het diner smakelijk maar een beetje simpel.

Personeel is super behulpzaam en vriendelijk, interieur is mooie mix van landelijk en antiek, bed was ook goed, hebben ook mooi zwembad, je kunt er heerlijk ontbijten en dineren, omgeving is ook heel mooi maar je moet wel een auto huren want het ligt een eind van vliegveld en stranden vandaan. Voordeel hiervan is dat het niet zo een toeristische mierenhoop is. Op verzoek regelen ze ook direct huurauto of tochtjes voor bezienswaardigheden in de omgeving. Heb er een super vakantie gehad. Als ik een cijfer moet geven wordt dat een 9!! Petra Peters

Sehr schöne ruhige Lage! Unglaublich großes Gelände. Riesengroße Suite mit moderner Einrichtung. Jederzeit Platz am Pool. Frühstück mit allem was das Herz begehrt (Kaffee ist verbesserungswürdig ...). Urlaub vom Feinsten! Wir haben uns im Stazzo Lu Ciaccaru sehr wohl gefühlt. Noch ein ganz besonderes Lob an Sergio, dem Top-Kellner im Stazzo ;-)

Ruhige Lage mit vielen Ausflugsmöglichkeiten. Unterschiedliche Zimmer, viel Charme unter Verwendung bester Materialien.

Garten um die neuen Junior Suites sind noch in der Fertigstellung, jedoch mit weiterem eigener Poolbereich.

Un petit coin de paradis, la gentillesse te la compétence de l'ensemble du personnel, un endroit superbe et reposant, la qualité de la restauration.

Un séjour trop bref

Cadre très reposant et bucolique. Chambres et la piscine très agréables. Hotel un peu à l'écart de toutes activités et une voiture indispensable. Permet de rayonner sur toutes les plages du nord et nord est de la Sardaigne.

Le personnel ne parle pas beaucoup anglais. La qualité des petis déjeuners était moyenne.

Nous avons aime l ambiance tres cool.l accueil etait chaleureux.la chambre suite etait tres confortable.le resto tres bien,les repas etaient tresbons.

Urlaub mit Clubcharakter, minimales Fruehstueck, uninteressierte Angestellte. Besonders gefallen die selbst eingestellten Hotelfotos.

Kein Warmwasser ab 20.00 Uhr, mieser Kaffee zum Fruehstueck aus Waermekanne zum Selbstzapfen, Kleiner Pool, Keinerlei Moeglichkeiten am Pool oder auf dem Gelaende ausserhalb der Restaurantzeiten irgend etwas zum Essen oder zum Trinken zu bekommen. Die angegebenen Sterne entsprechen keinesfalls der

Prachtige omgeving, prima verzorgd, mooie kamers. Lekker ontbijt, heerlijk gebak! Mooi zwembad, interessante archeologische opgravingen in omgeving, heel aardige mensen.

Eten wel wat duur en niet altijd even goed, wel heerlijke toetjes en prima wijn!

L’accueil,l'environnement champêtre, le calme et les deux piscines Les chambres sont grandes et bien agencées et possèdent une terrasse agréable

Il y avait des remontées d'odeur d'évacuation d'eau usées dans la salle de bain. Ces nouveaux bâtiments venaient d'être terminés et l’entrepreneur devait revenir.
