Room was clean. Hotel is located near the center.

The bathroom is very small and uncomfortable.

Perfect location, near to the train sation and duomo. Nice staff, very basic, but clean room. Good area ot Firenze. Perfect for budget tourist.

For this money everithing was perfect.

It is very near the train station,if you have lugguges with you ,it is a very good choice. Also the elevator is also nice a big help.

We have to share the shower water, and when many people use it. Hot water would be not enough . Only cold water can be used. Be sure to take a shower not at rush hours.

The staff was very welcoming, and made efforts to be understood. The location was perfect, near the train station and no far from the center. The room was big enough for six and the bathroom was clean. The quality was excellent for the prise.

One of the bed was broken, so not very comfortable. The walls were very thin so we heard our neighbours who made some noises during night. And the walls were covered with dead mostiquos.

Location near the train station was perfect. The staff were very helpful and kind.

The shower only had enough hot water for 4 showers (4 minutes each) - not suitable for a room accommodating 6 people.

Next to Santa Maria Novella train station. Close to all the main attractions of the city. 10 minutes walk from the Duomo, Battistero etc We had the large family room for 5 persons. The size of the room was ok. The price and the location were the main reasons we chose stefania rooms. Good soundproofing of the windows despite the noisy road.

The matresses were not comfortable. They need immediate replacement. The walls were very dirty and full of stains of blood from previously killed mosquitos. We killed a lot ourselves also but there was a whole army in there although it was the middle of october! This was disturbing during the night.

This is an EXCELLENT location.

There are quite a few steps. There is a lift though.

upon arrival the room was not very clean, I showed it to the receptionist the bathroom is very old the shower was very dirty with mildew and dirt in the shower doors the hotel is very noisy, I did not feel so safe, I supposed the place is more suited for younger people

The location

The bed: absolutely not fair, even for a short stay. Not respect for customer offering this type of mattressen. The WC: bad The light: bad Not space at all to put the personal stuff. The stairs too many and very uncomfortable to go through.

The location was very good anf the price was reasonable

very close to the Central station and the main important monuments ans restaurants of the city: the staff is kind and helpful. nice stay.

Entering the room was disappointing as it did not match the more luxurious landing of the hotel, nor the attractive photos posted on the website. While one of the staff members was pleasant and helpful, the other was dismissive and rude. The worse aspect of our stay was the fact that the bathroom was not clean on arrival. The next day, after room service had come, towels and soap had not been replaced. After asking for some at reception, we were not offered some immediately but had to wait another hour to be able to shower. Overall, not a great stay, and rather overpriced...

The rooms were very large and traditional.

The pillows and bedding needed to be replaced.

the room was tiny......we had booked a room for a family of 5.....all the beds were so close together to get them all in the room, it may have well been one huge bed....very cramped, therefore no room for luggage and tiny bathroom...... would have been adequate for a couple to stay in with just 2 beds, or a double.....

The location is closed to the train station. Just bout 5 minutes walk.

Could not connected to the wifi in my room. The lift broken down and we need to carry heavy luggage n climb for 3 floors up.

the bathroom was HORIBLE , and they refused to fix it. Also the elevador broke the first hours we were there and we had to clime 4 floores the rest of our stay.

Room is completely different from the photos shown on website. Room is poor, dirty , noisy and really old fashion.

About 2 minutes walk from the trains station, it was easy to find, drop our bags and go explore the city on foot. The room was larger than expected, with very high ceilings and lots of light. Clean, simply decorated with good taste, free hi-speed internet, just what I needed!

Very good location! Just 2 walk minutes from the main railroad station and just 5 minutes walk from the beginning of the city-center area. Clean, nice, beautifully arranged room, welcome staff.

We didn't stay at the hotel because the staff informed us that they have water problem. He arranged us to stay in another hotel (Boston at Via Guelfa).

The elevator is very small and once u are in, u can't move.
