Featuring an elegant restaurant and relaxing amenities, Hotel Steger- Dellai is 1900 m above the sea level, in the heart of the Dolomites, in the Seiser Alm area, offering stunning views of Mount Schlern. The Seiser Alm area is filled with options for sport lovers such as hiking, climbing and horse riding. It is part of the Dolomiti Superski area, with a number of ski lifts in the surrounding area. The Steger-Dellai Hotel features a typical Tyrolean stube, this is a charming lounge with wood-panelled walls, ceramic floors and a fireplace. Guests can also relax in the bar, another lounge and on the sunny terrace overlooking the mountains. The restaurant offers a menu of international and South Tyrol specialities, plus meat from the hotel’s own hunting grounds. Rooms come with a TV, minibar and a private bathroom with bathrobe. All rooms offer panoramic views of the surrounding mountains. Accommodation is only available for long stays of 2 or more nights. Il centro benessere è eccezionale! Ottimo! Lo Staff di accoglienza anche molto gentile e preparato. La posizione veramente ottima. La cucina, avrei preferito una cucina più semplice in stile con il posto e quindi anche più tipica.

1) albergo di impianto tradizionale, ma ristrutturato con gusto e solidità. Stanza grande e ben esposta, con balcone e vista panoramica. Spazi comuni: bar, sala colazione-cena e altri locali spaziosi e ben disegnati, senza pretese dioriginalità. Ampio garage con annesso comodo ascensore. 2) Menu serale piuttosto vario, con ampie scelte - vegetariane e non - e generoso buffet di antipasti self-service. 3) Personale numeroso, attento e tempestivo, sia maschile che femminile. 4) Efficienza alpina: cortese, ma non invadente. Gradito omaggio finale. 5) bilancio nel complesso più che positivo, molte luci, poche ombre. 6) merita ampiamente il prezzo/prestazioni, in particolare con le tariffe "booking.com" 1) Il responsabile dell'hotel un po' brusco - non con me in particolare - ma ho assistito ad una brontolata alla reception, che avrebbe dovuto evitare. 2) Alcuni piatti di carne - anche pretenziosi, come ingrediente base - ma per il mio gusto di livello medio/basso, comunque non all'altezza degli altri piatti. 3) La televisione assolutamente inguardabile per il segnale o la riproduzione scadente e intermittente. Forse un bene per disintossicarsi dagli attuali programmi scadenti, ma servizio inadeguatao per un hotel di questa classe. 4) Connessione internet a pagamento - come previsto - ma anche chiavetta personale utilizzabile solo sul balcone. Scarso campo del resto anche per i cellulari, all'interno delle stanze e delle sale comuni. Forse l'hotel è schemato e per buone connessioni occorre uscire all'aperto. Piccoli nei, ma da affrontare.
