La pulizia ovunque. La possibilità del doppio centro termale (1) interno e privato dell'albergo, usufruibile anche il giorno del check-out, (2) le terme di Merano, raggiungibili comodamente in accappatoio tramite un tunnel sotterraneo. La posizione centrale in città. L'abbondante a varia colazione. Il parcheggio a pagamento (16 euro al giorno). |

Posizione perfetta. Ottimo lo staff. Fantastica la colazione. E spettacolare la possibilità di poter andare alle bellissime nuove terme di Merano,in accappatoio e ciabatte, direttamente dalla camera dell'hotel. |

Todo muy limpio, nuevo y correcto. Habitación muy amplia. Destacable la libre disposición del spa. Por sacarle alguna falta, diré que los adminiculos de baño eran escasos: sólo un botecito pequeño de champú y otro de gel; sin peine, ni cepillos de dientes, ni cosas por el estilo. Eso sí un buen par de albornoces y chancletas para ir al spa. |

Ho apprezzato il design delle camere e i servizi offerti. Il ristorante offre piatti molto buoni. Un hotel così costoso non dovrebbe richiedere un pagamento per parcheggio e utilizzo internet. |

Ottima posizione in centro città ! Il personale gentile e premuroso ! La Spa dell'hotel e le bravissime massaggiatrici ! Il tunnel che collega l'hotel con le terme aperte fino alle 22.00 ... un sogno ! Alcune camere sono poste sul lato della strada e quindi meno tranquille ... se si può, evitare il primo piano ! |
