Any extra bedding is upon request and needs to be confirmed by the hotel.
Supplements will not be calculated automatically in the total costs and have to be paid separately in the hotel.

Overlooking lake lugano, meals very good, and reasonably priced- service excellent. owner very helpful. on very narrow main road- parking difficult- park in car parks- don't pay for hotel garage |

the location on lake lugano was fantastic along with views, food, and ambiance. very short trip to the town of Lugano by bus was fun. From Lugano you can take a boat back to Stella De italia. |

Delightful lakeside terrace for dinner and breakfast; table was reserved automatically but dinner was not compulsory. Food at dinner was pretty good if a bit pricey; breakfast was a good buffet. Welcome air conditioning in rooms. Despite being between lake and main road, the latter is never heard and so very peaceful. Feeling of family run hotel. Close to walking areas all over and well located for lakes and shopping. Parking is limited - hotel has a number of garage spaces but public parking is on disc and there are few places. Hotel is a bit tired in décor generally but is clean and maintained; no fridge in room which is a shame in summer. |

Great location right on the lake, good parking, great place to swim and relax. Small additional charges for small items, prefer if this costs were included in the room rate. |

Su ubicación junto al lago y las vistas desde la habitación. La habitación es confortable y el desayuno está bastante bien. En el desayuno no ofrecen productos desnatados y los zumos son polvos. Es difícil aparcar sino se ha reservado previamente. |

Die wunderbare Lage direkt am See. Man kann von der Terrasse aus schwimmen gehen. Das gute Essen. Der Service ist gewöhnungsbedürftig. Man wird im Restaurant erst einmal -wohl grundsätzlich- an hintere Tische plaziert, obwohl vorne zum See hin alles frei ist. ?? Wir setzten uns einfach um und das war dann aber auch kein Problem. Ansonsten auch eher herber Charme. |

leuk hotel, wij waren hier voor de tweede keer. vriendelijk personeel, mooie kamer met prachtig uitzicht. ontbijt naar italiaanse normen niet slecht. eigenaar niet bijzonder vriendelijk, mag wel wat hartelijker zijn tegenover zijn gasten. Bbrood aan tafel was oud en uitgedroogd. Dat hebben we in Italië wel al anders meegemaakt. |

Un décor enchanteur avec terrasse sous la treille qui donne sur le lac de Lugano. Toutes les chambres donnent sur le lac. En face les montagnes. Établissement bien tenu et agréable. Le parking est très étroit et les voitures sont stationnées sur deux rangées. Manœuvres un peu ardu mais on s'y fait. Un petit souci. |

Mooi stijlvol hotel, ietwat oudbollig, maar een ideaal hotel om een paar dagen op doorreis te vertoeven. Kamer superior met uitzicht op het meer was erg mooi en ruim met groot balkon. Eten goed, maar wel wat prijzig. Ontbijt zou zeker voor een hotel als dit uitgebreider moeten zijn. Mooie steiger met bedden aan het meer, verder in directe omgeving niets te doen, maar met eigen vervoer is Lugano niet zo ver. Personeel (sommige) wat kribbig en kortaf. Parkeren alleen mogelijk in de garage, zou bij de prijs inbegrepen moeten zijn. En auto wordt telkens verplaatst, omdat ze achter elkaar staan. |

De goede ontvangst - is een familiehotel waar vader nog altijd de scepter zwaait op een vriendelijke manier. Er werd duidelijk rekening gehouden met de wensen die wij hadden gesteld bij de boeking. Prachtig gelegen hotel met mogelijkheid tot zwemmen en het Lugano-meer. Niet echt een fijne keuken maar best te genieten. Meer een doorreishotel of om echt tot rust te komen omdat in de nabije buurt - buiten Lugano - niet veel te doen is. |

sehr schöne Lage direkt am See mit wunderbarem Garten zum Essen und Bademöglichkeit. Grosses Zimmer mit Balon, geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Alles sehr sauber. Ist es nötig bei schönem Wetter ab 0615 Uhr die Frühstückstische zu decken? Das Geklimper des Geschirrs und Bestecks stören den Schlaf ! |
