De ligging, het hotel ligt midden in het centrum. Het hotel is enigszins verouderd. Mag wel gemoderniseerd worden. |

Op loop afstand van alle restaurants / bars / winkels Moeilijk te bereiken. Personeel niet behulpzaam, sprak soms moeizaam engels. Niet alle service die genoemd werd was ook daadwerkelijk aanwezig (No private beach) |

De ruime, zeer comfortabele en rustige kamer met een badkamer die van alle luxe was voorzien. Voorts de efficiente en voorkomende houding van het personeel. |

Mooi hotel in het centrum van Marsala. Helaas was er geen mogelijkheid om per credit card te betalen, vanwege een storing in de telefoonlijn. |

Central location right beside the downtown shopping area in Marsala, clean large rooms, nice bathrooms, excellent value for money. Breakfast also good. Clean, pleasant but not a lot of charm. Go there for the clean, large bedroom central location. |

Very Central,staff very helpfull and friendly,close to the airport ,would use the hotel again. Breakfast was fine, maybe bar should be seperate from dining area. |

The hotel location was excellent, right in the centre of the old town and just a few minutes walk from restaurants and shops. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We had a lovely room, which even had a separate bedroom for our teenage son. The breakfast was disappointing. |

Great value for money, very nice and helpful hotel personnel (especially Gianpierro who knows all the good restaurants in and around Marsala, places to visit and who is good in English but also fluent in French). There is a shuttle bus which brings you to the beach in 15 minutes to a nice Lido called Gazebo with very hospitable staff. Some hotelrooms have rooftop terraces with a beautiful view at the Duomo at 50 meters. The hotel is situated in the old center of Marsala with some beautiful old buildings, great restaurants, innoteca's and shops to see by foot. Free parking and free parking service in garage near hotel. We'll definitely come back to this place again. Very warm and nice people we met in the Marsala region. They truly understand the meaning of good service! |

The receptionist Elaina was fantastic............ ....But we booked a deluxe room which was e x a c t l y the same as a standard room expect we has a balcony. It was a good standard room but small. Just enough room to stand beside the bed. Decor and furnishings good but not deluxe. We had the suspicion that we had been given our room because we booked through you!!!!!!!!!!! There were never more that 10 other rooms taken. |

We knew the area so we qickly found the things and places we wanted. The Hotel is well plced for trattoria and marketsi We needed taxis amd they were expensive |

Hotel staff (reception/conceirge) was excellent. Extremely friendly, informative and helpful. Room was large and well appointed. Looked like it had been recently refurbished. Location excellent--in the middle of Marsala historic arera. |

Very friendly and helpful staff, thank you! Additionally staff is English- speaking, what is very rare for the place. They provided us with relevant information about sights, excellent restaurants, and public transport. They arranged an inexpensive taxi from airport to hotel and back (there is no bus or train available). The hotel is located in the center of the place. The hotel is clean. There is no beach within walking distance (4 km). |

Trevlig personal och en väldig service att dom tog hand om vår hyrbil och parkerade den över nätterna. Vad vi kunde sakna var att det inte fanns någon form av restaurang på hotellet. I övrigt var allt till belåtenhet. Nej ! |
