The hotel is very pleasantly located for touring the area and is very reasonably priced. The view from the rooftop terrace is excellent |

The terrace at the roof with a magnificent view over Rapallo was great. Location, close to the centre and lido is an advantage. There is an indoor garage (but small). |

The hotel is located quite close to the main promenade. They also have a lovely dog :-) The staff was discourteous, we were overcharged although we had expressly asked if that was going to happen and were told no. The room was basic and the breakfast was not existant with only one croissant and cheese served directly to the table. |

Overall we liked the hotel very much - friendly staff and atmosphere. The room was not too big, but it was clean and had all necessary amenities. We liked the terrace on the roof and the fact that the hotel had very good location. We recommend to pay for the parking at the hotel parking lot as it was very hard to park on the street. The hotel is located at a fairly busy street - the street noise did not bother us too much, but people who are sensitive to such things should ask for a room not facing the street. Breakfast is typically Italian - very good coffee and a lot of sweet things - do not expect ham and eggs; the matress in our bed was very hard. Despite this we liked the hotel a lot and we definietly recommend it. |

great location near portofino and cinque terra. We were very comfortable but a little put off by some of the front desk staff. It was a good basic hotel about a block from the harbor. |

The staff were very helpful with local advice and helped us out when our friends' baby got sick and we needed a late night pharmacy and to cancel dinner reservations. The room was impecably clean and the bathroom light and spacious. The fold down beds were actually quite comfortable and would be perfectly suitable for children - more so than adults, but they were fine. Close to train station. No fridge in the room - especially as it was a "family" room, this would have helped. |

Freundlicher Empfang. Gute Lage. Schallschutzfenster ideal. Garage sehr nützlich, da die öffentlichen Parkplätze meist besetzt sind. Eine Renovation des Badezimmers (war zwar sehr sauber!) wäre wünschenswert. |

Sehr zuvorkommendes Personal, sehr gute Lage (5min zur Strandpromenade bzw. in die wunderschöne Altstadt), sehr gutes, sauberes Zimmer. Ein wenig laut, da an einer Hauptstrasse gelegen. Aber die Fenster sind gut schallisoliert. |

Amabilidad del personal y la situación.Es un hotel agradable, sin pretensiones, centrico y bien comunicado con Sta. Margarita y Portofino . Algo complicado aparcar salvo pagar un parking caro. |

Hôtel bien situé à Rapallo (centre ville, bord de mer, restos accessibles à pied) à une vingtaine de minutes en voiture de Camogli. Bon point de départ pour visiter le promontoire de Portofino et aller vers les 5 Terre. Etant donné la taille de la chambre, c'est un epu cher, et surtout le parking (18€ / jour) mais c'est un peu le standard pour l'Italie.Et mieux vaut prévoir les boules Quiès |
