great location near portofino and cinque terra. We were very comfortable but a little put off by some of the front desk staff. It was a good basic hotel about a block from the harbor. |

The staff were very helpful with local advice and helped us out when our friends' baby got sick and we needed a late night pharmacy and to cancel dinner reservations. The room was impecably clean and the bathroom light and spacious. The fold down beds were actually quite comfortable and would be perfectly suitable for children - more so than adults, but they were fine. Close to train station. No fridge in the room - especially as it was a "family" room, this would have helped. |

The location is good (near Portofino); rooms very clean; good breakfast; staff very kind; possibility of closed garage; good value for the money spent. I recommend this hotel to anyone. |

The terrace!! It is huge and has a great view! A bit noisy becouse of the nearby road's traffic. |

L'accueil pour les chiens est excellent ; d'ailleurs, un golden retriever, mascotte de l'hôtel trône à l'entrée et ne manque pas de vous adresser un regard de tendresse qui en dit long sur la gentillesse de ses maîtres... des lieux.Hôtel bien situé, calme, bien tenu, à recommander sans modération... |

J'ai bien aime la disponibilite, la rapidite et l'aimabilite du personnel. Le programme TV n'est pas tout-a-fait adapte a un clientele international. Il manquent quelques stations publiques et des stations de differentes langues. En allemand, par exemple, ni le ARD ni le ZDF comme canaux officiels etaient recevables. Par contre, le DSF et le SAT.1 comme canaux prives etaient presents. |

La proximité de tout grace a sa position géographique en ville, donc pas besoin de voiture !!! Peut etre un manque de conforts et d'équipement pour un hotel trois étoiles. |

Das freundliche Personal, man spürt das (erfolgreiche!) Bemühen um gute Qualität sowohl bei den Serviceleistungen ((gutes Eingehen auf Kundenwünscheund nachher auch Nachfrage, ob's geklappt hat) als auch bei Einrichtung und Unterhalt des Hauses (z.B.Isolierfenster auf der Strassenseite): Wir fühlten uns gut aufgehoben. Ausserdem die gute Lage auch für öV-Touristen. Nein. |

Ja es hat uns gefallen. Das Zimmer war einfach aber sauber. Etwas laut aber sehr stadtnah. Für zwei Gläser Wein hat der Kellner 6 € verlangt,die Inhaberin vom Hotel wollte am nächsten Tag nochmals für diese 2 Gläser 11,- € kassieren. Keine Parkmöglichkeit ,für die Garage 15.-€ bezahlt. |
