-close to the train station -nice staff -reasonable price -many restaurants
-not very comfy -homless around the street -poor breakfast
Breakfast: best pastries I've ever tasted. Elevator: Old school elevator.
Staff: the lady during the day is not friendly at all and was not happy to help when I asked for direction to attractions.
The staff were super friendly. I forgot my mobile in the hotel room and they sent it to me very fast. So honesty is appreciated!!! Also the location is great, very close to Termini Station.
Being so close to Termini station is very handy for getting in, out and around Rome. Rooms are very comfortable but I need better pillows than those provided. Breakfast is good and it is great that it goes to 10:30. Very handy to be able to store luggage after checked out. Third stay and I am happy to return.
The pillows could be improved, but apart from the decor being a little dated its a great place to stay.
1.Breakfast is good 2.Clealiness 3.Comfort of Bed 4.Near to termini station
1.congested bathroom 2.No toothpaste, brush and comb at hotel 3.Unless you ask, they dont handover the AC remote 4.Careless receptionist.Have to ask for AC remote. 5.Not Worth for money 6.Very Noisy and you can hear sounds of other rooms..hardly slept due to this disturbance
The price and location. A good basic hotel, particularly for the price
Breakfast very ordinary. Only one cereal, fruit juice poor. On my third day almost no hot water.
this hotel may be good choice for the people arriving by train. it is very close to termini train station.
the staff is very polite!!!great location near termini just 3 minutes on foot!!and great value of money! the breakfast wasn't smthing special but it was good!!! :)
location, hospitality, price
5 minutes walk to Termini which means just a quick metro or bus trip all over the city and to the airport, makes it so easy to get around. Staff where friendly and helpful, room comfortable and breakfast on the rooftop balcony was quite good.
Poor breakfast, very noisy when guests were chatting in the corridor.
Very comfortable, good breakfast, not noisy in spite of being in a busy traffic area. Luxurious, and safe. Very helpful staff.
Internet is not free. Restaurant is quite expensive and nothing special
- near Termini - clean room - nice stuff
- breakfast (bad coffee and limited choices for food)
Amazing breakfast served! The fresh food was in abundance every day. The staff completely went out of their way to assist us. It was wonderful chatting with them! They are hard workers.
The street that Hotel Stella was situated on, had homeless people asking for handouts at every corner. It was scary walking at night in the area. We saw people fighting with each other, just down the street, beside the fruit store. The area smelled like urine and was not very clean.
Great location close to Termini & Repubblica, rooms are very clean, helpful staff, breakfast at the 6th floor terrace hits the spot
Room size, but its normal for Rome
Having my breakfast on the roof top and the location was ideal. The staff are very friendly and helpful.
The receptionist are very helpfull and the location is good near to termini station just 5 min walking.
The building very old, i didnt like the bed at all, the room has a bad smell, the Elevator sometimes takes time and the breakfast very limited.
Old and run down. Needs updating. Staff could be friendlier
friendly, clean, good location, well maintained over the years
a very noisy neighbour in one of the rooms till 4 in the morning
Everything was perfect, location of the hotel near the city centre...and delicious breakfast at the terrace on the 6th floor, just wonderful
Loved that it was away from hustle and bustle of central Rome.
Closeness to the railway station.
Overnight front desk staff were not very friendly .
Canteen is on the 6 floor, sunny and lovely. Canteen staff is much more friendly compared to the reception staff. The lady on reception desk is helpful and friendly.
One of the reception desk guy is very helpless and unfriendly. He always gave the wrong information with confidence which is total different with other's travelling guide/ Tips. For one tourism related information, I have to go to the train station again for confirmation. So for my remaining stay in Rome, I didn't consult the reception desk anymore. In additon, this hotel does not provide hot water totally. If you want a kettle to heat the water by yourself, you should pay for it, which is not clearly comment on the booking statement. It is the only hotel in my whole trip that not provide even a cup of hot water.
Location was great for the train station and for all the sights
Good stAff Great location
