Dating back to the late 1800s, UNA Napoli is a grand hotel in central Naples, a 5 minute walk from Naples Central Train Station. It features a top-floor restaurant, bar and terrace.
Score from 967 reviews Very good
Just 100 yards from the Cavalleggeri d'Aosta metro stop, the Hotel Cristina provides free private parking and rooms with modern furnishings and free Wi-Fi.
Score from 1186 reviews Excellent
Are you arriving by train in Naples? Don’t waste time on your vacation looking for your hotel; San Pietro is just 330 yards from Piazza Garibaldi and the main station.
Score from 347 reviews Wonderful
In the lively Chiaia neighborhood, Hotel Majestic is in the most exclusive shopping district in Naples. All rooms have air conditioning and satellite TV.
Score from 1109 reviews Very good
Had to pay Eur. 1.50 to leave a piece of baggage on deposit until 15:00.
Excellent wi-fi. Large room.
Can not take the food inside.
The room is so clean, the location is good. Very close to the central train station. Good experience in Stella
Naples itself was a bit of a let down as everything covered in graffiti and lost of rubbish everywhere as if the Italians have no pride in the place.
The hotel and staff were fantastic the rooms always spotlessly clean everyday with fresh towels. Good tapas bar and pizza restaurant in the same building. Breakfast typical European but plenty of it.
Breakfast food available All carbs very little choice.
Nice stay in hotel but please mention your terms and condition because I visit Naples from India So foods are not ok for me but hotels staffs are not allowing inside the foods , this is the first time am seeing this time of condition . But reception staff are very nice and helpful .
service needs to improve. we asked for extra towel as there were two sets of towels for a triple room. we were told the towel will be sent in 5 mins but until third day we saw the extra towel
Too many rules on the sheet. And no food to be taken to the room
All staff helpful except a female receptionist who insisted my husband not lean against the wall outside whilst smoking a cigarette ( next to the large ashtray)
Despite being close to the station for easy access, the area as a whole doesn't feel safe at night. The acoustic separation between rooms were quite poor and if it rains outside you have to make sure that you don't put anything near the windows because water comes in...
There is a great pizza restaurant within 150m of the hotel.
noise (but it is hard to do anythng about it) from neighours
A VERY VERY NICE WOMEN serving breakfast everyday
If you are looking for piece and quiet this might not be the place very loud but hey what would you expect from this location!
The service was great and the room was stunning, really modern!
So clean and white that it feels a bit like a hospital. Lacks the Neapolitan atmosphere.
Clean, safe, close to the train station, friendly staff
Shady Streets but amazing hotel
Close To Trainstation & Metro
Reception is very nice and friendly
Many restrictions, no coffee maker no kettle in the room.
Perfect Location, the staff were willing to help, no language barrier, one can speak fluent Chinese, others English.
Not so good soundproofed rooms and breakfast.
Clean and spacious rooms like photo on the web, good staff (helping me in truble and teaching me chinese). I'd like to recommend a snack bar next to a hotel lobby. It's able to serve pretty good meals.
The location ws perfect since we came in by train and could drop off luggage before going sightseeing, restaurant right there and right at station and metro. We had a lovely little balcony and it was great
Modern, simple, clean and great location
-Excellent staff with service mind especially Luisa, who a woman could speak Chinese, and her partner is Dario, who offered us the corner room (mini suite room). We are appreciated jacuzzi in bathroom to feel relax and really much more comfortable, Thank you -Good breakfast with high food quality -Good location, It's really worth money here comparing to some 4-star hotels in Rome. This Stelle Business hotel should have been got 4-star one even they do not have fitness, swimming pool but room facilities and service are excellent they deserve.
Being woken up at 7 with piped music from somewhere outside the room. Rubbish piled (and blowing around) everywhere in the streets nearby. Looking for a restaurant that was open and had a free table (in the evening of New Year's day, not many were open and the few that were, were full).
Convenient to station. Friendly and helpful staff. Free wifi.
Really dirty street. Noisy rooms.
Close to railway station
This hotel was perfect for us as the reason for our visit to Naples was to go to Capri and we needed to be close to Napoli Central to get in and out Naples with ease. The hotel has a easy walk through connected to the train station which will take you 2 minutes to walk. The hotel itself was very comfortable and the staff were all extremely helpful. The breakfast is what seemed to me like the typical breakfast in Italy... Coffee, juice, croissants, cheese, cold meat, cakes and other pastries. You have the option to opt for an English breakfast at an additional cost. Also, as a bonus, Stelle hotel is less than 5 minutes walking distance from the famous Pellone pizzeria... A MUST WHEN IN NAPLES!
Location was good and very convenient to the central Rail station.
The walls were paper thin and the TV blared all night in the room next door. The breakfast was basically cakes, cakes and more cakes.
This hotel was right next to the train station.
There appears to be rooms on a half level, so once we got out of the elevator there were too many stairs to access our room particular room. Given we had heavy travel bags, this was a bit of a pain to navigate and the domestic lady assisted us to pull the bags up the stairs. Tracy and Robbie (South Australia)
The hotel was lovely - the location is very convenient to the train station (not far to drag the bags); the staff were friendly - the rooms were clean. There is access to great food (and pizza) in the mall next to the hotel. The breakfast was plentiful. Tracy and Robbie (South Australia)
