Breakfast was ok, the fact that they have a garage is very usefull in this town. However 14 Euro to stay one night in the garage is not cheap. |

1. It was impossible to control the air conditioning form the room I had to call the front desk each time I wanted to change the tempreature. 2. The rooms did not have facilitaties for boiloing water to make my own tea - most hotels today have that. Again, you hadto call room service for hot water. |

This is a wounderful hotel in a great location,comfortable,clean and charming.and the staff was friendly and professional. We particularly appreaceated the effective airconditioner since we arrived in the middle of a heat wave..They served an exeptionally nice breakfast. Parking in the garage was 14 euro per night wich I thought a bit excessive |

Agreeable and professionally skilled staff made may stay most enjoyable.Style of the hotel atmosphere is charming. Comfortable and clean room, very good breakfast. Noise of the heater system (at night). |

Bien situé pour la visite de Parme à pieds. Très difficile de trouver l'accès jusqu'à l'hôtel. Personnel pas très helpful. Petit déjeûner pour ascètes. Nettement insuffisant et pas digne du niveau qualité/prix de l'hôtel. On peut trouver mieux dans le centre de Parme. |

朝食が素晴らしく、お隣で食事していた北欧からの旅行者とも感激しあいました。パルマの生ハムをはじめ、ベ- ーコン、サルシッチャ、スクランブルエッグ、でニッシュ、いろいろなフルーツなどのほか、あたたかいコーヒ- ーとミルクを入れてくれるので、毎朝楽しみでした。 |

Excellent accueil, hôtel facile d'accès avec parking idéal pour visiter Parme qui a beaucoup de charme et de patrimoine.Le personnel parle français. Tout était parfait. |

L'hotel si trova in una buona posizione, la struttura e la colazione sono buone. Non ho ricevuto una accoglienza cordiale, neanche salutato e non informato (cosa consueta) sul parcheggio, orario colazione, ecc. Il rapporto qualità/prezzo non mi pare ottimo. |
