All the people are wonderful , the concierges the waitters etc. Good location! Nice breakfast ! Clean!

Small room. Bed mattress very soft. I guess old.

Our second stay proved again the excellent location. Street side rooms are best, (bright and interesting street life). Traffic noise minimised by double gazing. Rooms small but comfortable. Many cafes, shops, sights within easy walk.

Inclusive breakfast adequate but a bit unimaginative... perhaps fresh fruit rather than canned? A la carte menu is fine.

I have to say the staff was so gracious and helpful. There was no service I requested that was not immediately and efficiently taken care of. The location is perfect.

This hotel needs a renovation ! In addition to being outdated,it could do with a thorough cleaning.The carperts smelled and the drapes were dusty.My daughter and I were both bitten by dust mites in the mattresses.It was not worth the price !I think a score of "Very Good" is deceiving.

Small (very small) room, and it is better to ask room with the windows not to the street. Breakfast: fruits were not fresh.

It is a well appointed small boutique hotels of about 36 rooms. Its decor is of the old world charm genre. The rooms are small but comfortable and very cosy. A nice touch with silverware used at the breakfast room. Key places of interest such as Trevi Fountain, the Spanish Steps and the key shopping areas are all within walking distance of 10 to 15 mins.There is a Metro station just across from the hotel.

There was no hot water in the bathrooms as the heating system was down.

Easy access to all parts of Old Rome

My room was very very small....I had issues to do my daily yoga in my room !

This was a small, boutique hotel with excellent accommodations. I will highly recommend to my family and friends. I travel frequently in the U.S. and this hotel stands in line with many of the fine hotels I have stayed. Thanks for making our holiday/vacation a great one! We hope to come back soon.

Location excellent especially as it was our first trip to Rome. Decor very italian classic but with every mod con. Staff at all levels friendly, helpful and skilled. Breakfast plentiful varied and tasty. Surprised how tranquil and restful it was considering the very busy location, like stepping into an oasis of calm once through the entrance door. Would definitely recommend it and visit again.Excellent air con which was one of our primary conditions for a hotel especially in August.

For a family of five it was too expensive for us to drink at the bar which was a shame but there are plenty of bars and restaurants close by.

Staff was friendly, helpful and accomodating. The location is convenient to sites, restaurants and shopping. The included breakfast was generous and nicely presented by gracious staff members. Good water pressure in the shower.

Only one elevator! My husband and I mostly used the stairs because the elevator was so slow to arrive. The rooms and especially the bathrooms are very small with not enough room for luggage, clothing, toiletries, etc. We felt very crowded.

The staff were excellent and the decor was exceptional - lovely pieces of art and sculpture throughout the hotel.

I found the beds too soft and the rooms were small although they were beautifully appointed with excellent bathrooms.

Clean, stylish, good value. Convenient location to Metro/ sites. Safe fun area with shops and cafes in walking distance. Small, cute property- good value. Room was small but had everything needed for a good stay. I rebooked. Also - good air conditioning!! Key for July in Rome!!!

The location wasfabulous, the service excellent, breakfast was good. I would stay there again
