Personál bol veľmi ochotný, izby moderne a pohodlne zariadené. Wifi za poplatok aj keď v ponuke bol voľný prístup na internet - platilo iba pre lobby

Parkplätze vorhanden Das Frühstuck war nicht gut organisiert, es gab kein Teller, genutzte Tische wurden nicht abgeräumt. Aber für itallenische verhältnisse war der Auswahl frühstucksmaterial gross.

приехали замерзли. обогреватель включился на второй день. на утро пошли завтракать горячего (кроме чая и кофе) ни чего не было. телевизоры классные стеклянная трубка 20 дюймов (5-6 каналов на итальянском). где они их нашли не знаю. через пару дней в отель начали заезжать посетители выставки питание улучшилось, но назвать его очень разнообразным ни как нельзя. в телевизоре появились еще каналы в том числе 1 российский. Fi- Wi только на ресепшене. посидишь 2 часа в таком инете и замерз. (на улице было пасмурно +10). номер очень маленький. для сравнения осенью 2011 жил в рафаэлло. считаю что даже рядом не поставить. хотя рафаэлло считается средним отелем (среди моих знакомых), при этом за номер я платил в 2 раза больше чем в рафаэлло. возможно на это повлияла проходящая в милане мебельная выставка.

Cortesia del personale Estremamente scomodo l'accesso alle camere con scalini o lunga passeggiata per raggiungere ascensore. Scomodo l'accesso alla breakfast room. Lunga attesa per avere altri due cuscini.

Locatia este buna, aproape de linia de metrou si apoi 15 min. pana la DOM. Camera de hotel a corespuns pretentiilor noastre, iar personalul a fost amabil cu noi. Micul dejun cam sarac si lipsit de diversitate.

Certo: camera fredda senza possibilità di elevare la temperatura all'interno, e con una sola coperta leggera; letto mal fatto ( si apriva in mezzo in continuazione); mancanza di cuscini di scorta.

La nuova ala con il personale del ricevimento molto cordiale. Camera molto standard. Mancava sapone x due persone ma ce l'hanno dato al ricevimento. Colazione caotica, disorganizzata e non di qualità.

La disponibilità dello staff è ottimo, ma la clientela che frequenta questo albergo deve essere molto maleducato. Quattro camere puzzavano di fumo, dopo ho ricevuto una camera in un altro stabile, secondo me 4 stelle sono troppe.

La pulizia e la bellezza delle camare Dato che ho pernottato il 31 dicembre e sono arrivato alle 06 di mattina del 1 genn non mi hanno consentito di prolungare di qualche ora il ceck out (bastavano anche un paio d'ore) quindi consiglierei un po' piu' di elasticita' nel gestire date particolari come quella di capodanno ad esempio come fanno nella maggior parte degli hotel
