We had come from 2 week stays at the 4 Seasons Milano and Firenze. This hotel was NOTHING compared to these hotels. The service in the bar/dining area was poor - slow and forgot items ordered. Extremely poor system of baggage handling on check-in. "Lost" a bag but later found. |

Was very great vacation, however, the tourest guide recommended was very expensive, location is very good Breakfast buffet was very limitied and consider 30Euro it should be better selections, I dont know why the bf not included in the already high price of the room |

La ubicación y la sensación de lujo que se respira por todos sus rincones Es intolerable que en un hotel de esta categoria se sirvan cenas en la cafetería, con guarnición en sus platos a base de patatas fritas congeladas y a un precio similar al del restaurante del mismo, que ese día estaba cerrado por descanso. Esa cena acabo con todo el glamour que se respira en sus instalaciones |
