The room was amazing very nice decoration with beautiful paintings, spacious and very bright with 2 windows. Service was very fast. Room service food was very good. Loved the life piano music every evening at the lobby.. I liked that they served afternoon tea in the hotel lobby but did't have the chance to try it.. Reception staff were so nice.. I also loved that they have many arabic chanels. It was one of my best staying in Rome as I go to Rome few times a year.

It is decently not a 5 star hotel. Old furniture. Concerig give wrong informations about some restaurants. Never recommended to stay her.
Concierge very helpful. Spectacular decor.
Bed felt a little bit old. Bathrooms a little dated. Products weren't as opulent as i'd expected. Bar wasn't open late for a night-cap. Service was a little slow.
Awesome service. Great spa. Great food.
Limited menu. Not enough English channels or children's channels.
