We had come from 2 week stays at the 4 Seasons Milano and Firenze. This hotel was NOTHING compared to these hotels. The service in the bar/dining area was poor - slow and forgot items ordered. Extremely poor system of baggage handling on check-in. "Lost" a bag but later found. |

Old-stile, classic, expencive hotel. Nice breacfast with fresh strowberries. Bed location and staff for thise amount of money. |

Was very great vacation, however, the tourest guide recommended was very expensive, location is very good Breakfast buffet was very limitied and consider 30Euro it should be better selections, I dont know why the bf not included in the already high price of the room |

La ubicación y la sensación de lujo que se respira por todos sus rincones Es intolerable que en un hotel de esta categoria se sirvan cenas en la cafetería, con guarnición en sus platos a base de patatas fritas congeladas y a un precio similar al del restaurante del mismo, que ese día estaba cerrado por descanso. Esa cena acabo con todo el glamour que se respira en sus instalaciones |

Generalnie ok, ale można poprawić parę rzeczy. Hałas od rana powodowany przez personel sprzatający - pokój naprzeciwko windy dla serwisu. pokój jak na 5 * wymaga też już remontu |

Vriendelijk en attent personeel, mooie ruime kamer, goed bed, goede douche, goed ontbijt (ondanks dat we aan de late kant waren werd toch voor alles gezorgd). Selectie in het restaurant voor dinner is beperkt, maar daar tegenover stond dat we een hele mooie lekkere italiaanse wijn aanbevolen kreeg (staat nu als één van onze favoriet). Het ligbad was helaas aan de kleine kant. |
