The staff are great and the location is good, near the beach, but quiet.

The staff at Hotel Stresa make the hotel. I have never experienced such amazing friendly, genuinely interested and engaging hotel staff. The front manager Inez is a diamond. One day we needed to get to the airport, there was no way for us to get there so she took us in her car. It is a truly remarkable place

Everything was fine! Very, very polite and helpful stuff !!! They make you feel like a part of their family! The hotel is small, family run with its own charm. It is close to the beach (not first line) but on a short walking distance (1-2 minutes). It is surrounded by same small hotels and apartment houses. The area is cool, as there are a lot of restaurants (the one the reception guy recommended us was brilliant fish restaurant) and entertainments but at the same time quiet. The breakfast was quite good for such type of hotel - plenty of foods, not only one croissant and a cup of coffee, like the other places (same size) I have been. I think this is the place with best ratio: price / quality if you are not looking for luxury hotels with 4 - 5 stars. You can have very pleasant stay, enjoying the Italian food and Italian lifestyle at a reasonable price. Innes, please keep it same way!

We stayed in 5 hotels during the week, all 3 star to ensure a similar standard of facilities. Hotel Stresa was by far the best, with friendly, helpful staff, excellent value for money and the jewel in the crown was the ample and varied buffet breakfast.

If you look for friendly service, go to Stresa without doubt. Amazing people work there! Take bus 11 from train station, and it will drop you near the hotel. It takes literally 3-5 minutes to go from the bus stop to the hotel. Breakfast is fabulous, in a very spacious room, lots of foods to choose from, several types of coffee, flakes, pastry, meat, fruits, fish, pizza etc. This is the hotel with the best breakfast I've encountered so far. Adriatic beaches are very close and easy to reach by foot. Lots of Ristorantes, cafes etc. in the area.

I have to rate my stay at Hotel Stresa as being really nice and pleasant. It’s a small hotel, but has everything you need. The breakfast is wonderful, full of local products and home baked pastry, which were delicious. I recommend the cappuccino! The staff were all very friendly and always willing to help, making you feel welcomed at all times. Cleaning services were also very good. I didn’t use public transportation so wouldn’t know, but if you come by car it’s easy to reach the hotel and although parking isn’t that easy it’s always possible to find a spot to park. I stayed in a single room, which I found to be very small but it did have all that was necessary: comfortable bed, cable tv, safe, wifi (free of charge) with individual password for each room and hot water at all times. Overall very positive experience, very good value for money and should I return to Rimini one day I will definitely consider returning to Hotel Stresa.

Excellent value for money. All staff were extremely helpful. Selection at breakfast would put to shame most 5* hotels. The hotel is only 2 minutes from beach. Friendliest hotel I have ever stayed at.

The hotel is of a Basic setup. Not a luxury hotel, but that is not what we wanted. The service is outstanding and the personal are friendly. They speak Englisch, Frensh, German and Italian. If you ask them a question they will actualy help you! The Hotel has good and fast wirless Internet, also good WiFi reception in the hotelroom. This is important for us. Every room also has a good Airco unit, a small fridge, a programable safe and plenty of storage room. We travel with a lot of equipment (we are sportsphotographers) and we had no problems storing our gear. The bathroom is small, but everything you need is in there (Shower with doors, Toilet and Bidet, Washbasin, Blowdryer, electical sockets, ets). But the most important this is that the hotelroom and bathroom are clean, and they are !! The breakfast makes it even better. There is so mutch choice that I did not have the oppertunity to try it al, as we oly were there for 5 day's. They made fresh Crêpe with Chocolat if you wanted it..No extra charge.

There is no swimmingpool. This is not a problem for me as I do not need it and the sea just a 3-5 minute walk away, when you walk slow...

The room was clean, for me most important! The staff was friendly, also at breakfast. Breakfast was good, a lot of choice. It was close to the beach!

Apart from the location, the staff are the friendlyest I have ever met.

It is a little old and tired, needs a trip into the 90's would be good. Probably a good looking hotel in the 70's, but the staff more than make up for the tired look.

Very friendly, helpful staff, value for money and a nice location. Nothing was too much trouble for our hosts, breakfast is generous and the hotel has a relaxed vibe.

Nothing, the hotel was great. The local council garbage truck at 5am on Sunday morning was strange, but no fault of the hotel staff.

Friendly staff

We enjoyed everything. On arrival at the Hotel we were met by a smiling Enis who gave us coffee and cake to welcome us. Our room was a good size and very clean with free wifi. The breakfast is extensive and has something for everyone. I have never seen such variety offered at breakfast time. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff, it felt like we were staying in a friend's house rather than a hotel. We would thoroughly recommend this hotel.

In hotels crowd a clean hotel with Very helpdul and frendly stuff and very very delicious enormous brakefast. We went for a MotoGp by motorbike and we can park inside safely. To reach the circuit takes about 15min.

Best choice in Rimini, compared to the price we paid! Very friendly english speaking staff. Best of all is the landlady, overwhelmingly friendly, helpful and positively crazy. There is a parking in front of the house and the breakfast buffet is simply great. Internet in the room is working stable and fast. Hotel Stresa is surely not the "Grand Hotel" and Rimini is not the Cote d'Azur but we liked the place and the people...

The hotel staff are amazing. Very friendly and bend over backwards to help you in everyway to make your stay as comfortable as possible. The breakfast buffet each morning was really satisfying and had everything required plus more. The beach is about 4minute walk and a host of nice restaurants and bars are right around the corner. No need for cabs.

Very friendly staff, helping in any Situation (gave us free secure parking, organized a map for us, always there for questions and needs. + invited us to coffé/cappucino everytime we wanted at the lobby + very familyfriendly with the kids of guests + also animals are no problem + Hotel near a lot of restaurants and only one parallelstreet from the beach + friendly and secure region + we bocked one day before our arrival and wanted a room with a seaside look and we got one + you can have free beach towels for you stay, so you dont need to bring them on your own. You can give it back at the end of your stay or buy it. + the breakfast is really great. A lot of home made cakes, you get crepes, fruit, crumbled eggs, warm food and so on..... Really delicious.

- its not a luxus hotel, if you want a modern and a perfectly new Hotel, Hotel Stresa is not the place you should stay. In any other case, you can always go there for haveing a great stay in Rimini. -the bathroom is a bit small, if you search for negatives...

The hotel is very well cared for. The room was spotlessly clean. The wifi free and fully functional. The breakfast is rich, plentiful and good, comparable to a 5 star hotel. The friendly staff and the warm welcome and availability.
