Era tutto perfetto! L'hotel era molto bello, pulito e con qualsiasi comodità, il proprietario molto ospitale e disponibile. Ci torneremo!

Very nice apartment, modern, clean and spacious, good located in the centre of Stresa. Giuliano, the owner, is a perfect host, really friendly and helpful. Highly recomended.

Almost everything - room, location, staff.

Just a little moment - we did not find a ring or smth to call the Apartment manager upon arrival. But the guys from the restaurant below the apartments called him once we asked them how to find the apartments manager. Pretty narrow spiral stairs (we lived on the third floor) may not be comfortable for some people. Not for us though.

We recently returned from a stay at Stresa Residence. What a joy! Our apartment was modern, bright and spacious with all the amenities one could want. Stresa Residence is located in the centre of town, one block from the lake-front and is within easy walking distance of the train and ferry stations. There is a supermarket and laundromat close by. Thanks to Guiliano for making our stay memorable. Highly recommended.

Absolutely everything. This was our second visit and we were not disappointed. The decor remains fresh and clean and Guiliano was the perfect host as ever.

The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Better than any hotel stay.

We enjoyed every thing about our stay. Giuliano was fantastic from our first meeting. The apartment had everything you could want, it was modern and very clean. We had the Bougainvillea apartment which had 2 balconies perfect for soaking up the sun. The wifi was fabulous. We would definitely stay with Giuliano again. This apartment made for a very memorable time in Stresa.

Steep stairs, no lift

this was in a perfect location for exploring Stresa and the surrounding area especially if you didn't have a car, which we didn't.. We could walk to everything and it was all very convenient and accessible. We also liked the fact that we could do some of our own cooking since we stayed there for 6 days. We were very satisified with this apartment and would stay there again if we ever return.

The only negative was the 3 flights of stairs which for some people could be a problem, but we were fine with it.

We liked being in the middle of the town and had easy access to all the tourist highlights. The lake front was only two minutes walk. Also the supermarket was very near and you could cook as the apartment was well set up for self catering. There were 2 terraces and the back terrace was great to enjoy a drink and to have a meal. The restaurants were also handy and there was a great choice. The apartment was large, clean and very stylish with all mod cons. Juliano the owner was welcoming and friendly and because we were an older couple he carried our bags upstairs for us and even ran us to the station on our last day. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and rated this accommodation highly. We would recommend it to both young and old.

We were helped and welcomed when we arrived. The apartment was perfect: modern amenities, attractively decorated, large functional bathrooms and perfect little kitchen. Location is fabulous, in center of Stresa.

The Stresa Residence was absolutely fantastic. The Lavenda apartment was brilliantly equipped and had everything you could want for a week's stay. We would definitely recommend the Stresa Residence to people visiting Lake Maggiore and Stresa.

Very modern and exceptionally well appointed appartment. Ideal location, very close to ferry and main piazza. Delightful terrace for eating/relaxing al fresco and a separate balcony overlooking street and down to the lake. Very good ristorante downstairs. Lots of activity around during day but quiet at night. Owner was most welcoming and immediately attended to any requests. Very highly recommended

We were 4 adults and a 1-year child. We were vey very happy with the appartment! The location is perfect in the very center of Stresa and only a couple of minutes from the lake and the ship pier, from which you can reach the wonderful islands. A very clean appartment, with all the necessary facilities and modern design. It is also very comfortable if you travel with small children: we got for ex. a baby chair and a bathtub. The host is very friendly and helpful. This apartment is worth the money, and we felt very well there during our vacation.

Tolle Unterkunft in top Lage mitten in Stresa. Sehr freundlicher Vermieter. Im Fußgängerbereich nahe am Schiffsanleger. Unsere Wohnung Mimosa hatte kleinen Balkon nach vorne und einen zweiten zur Seitenstrasse.

L'appartement tres beau et tres propre, bien situe, bien equipe surtout avec enfants en bas age (lit bebe chaise haute baignoire)tout etait parfait. Le tres bon accueil de Mr Giordani. Avec grand plaisir nous y retournerons passer un autre sejour.

appartement très bien situé au centre de Stresa , calme et meme les cloches à 8h00 permettent de ne pas trop trainer au lit ......Appartement très propre, très bien équipé, lumineux ( nous étions au dernier étage), vraiment parfait. Pas de parking mais aucune difficulté pour se garer dans des rues proches de la résidence. Très bon accueil de Giuliano, très chaleureux, serviable, présent si nécessaire mais en toute discrétion. A vraiment recommander, rare d'être aussi satisfait.

une seule remarque; les escaliers pour monter aux appartements sont étroits, cela peut être un problème pour les personnes agées ou ayant des difficultés à se déplacer

Прекрасные аппартаменты, находятся в центре Стрезы, рядом с набережной. Оченьуобно для посещений близ лежащих окрестностей. Перед приездом свяжитесь с владельцем Джулиано и сообщите примерное время прибытия. Он передаст ключи и покажет аппартаменты. Мы приезжали на 4 дня. Уборка осуществляется собственными силами, есть пылесос. Кухня полностью оборудована, рядом находится супермаркет.

Logement spacieux , très propre, bien équipé. Situation idéale dans Stresa. Le propriétaire est très gentil et serviable.

Appartement war groß und supermodern, es fehlte an nichts. Vermieter war sehr nett und immer ansprechbar. Kommen gerne wieder.
