The staff was very helpful. The only problem - the shower was too small to squeeze in. |

The location right next to the main station was very convenient, particularly when arriving late or departing early. |

My first room was tiny and had no shower, although the website clearly said private bath. The second room was dingy and did not smell good. Finally, your website shows it as a 3 star hotel. The plaque in the room (which I have a picture of) shows only 2 stars - and that's generous. |

The location within easy walking distance to the main train station was great There was no seperate shower it was just part of the room which had poor ventilation and smelt damp consistently. |

Big plusses for proximity to bus and train terminals. Rooms were fair and clean. The shower was a bit on the small side but its not the focus of the stay anyway. The breakfast choices was limited and often ran out before the advertised 10am closing time. |

The staff was ok, breakfast good. The room was terrible. The bed was like sleeping on cement, our bathroom always smelled and kept making me gag and I'm pretty sure we got bed bites in this room. The picture makes the room look a lot bigger than it really is. |

I liked how it was right across the street from Termini Station. This made it easy to use the subway and get around the city. I would stay there again! The place was nothing fancy but it was clean. It was a place with clean bed. |

The Hotel staff was very nice and accomodating. The buffet breakfast was good. The location for getting around was very good. The beds were tiny. I actually have never seen beds that small. TV selection only geared for locals. Only in English was cnn and bbc. |

The only thing that makes sense is its location. Awful welcoming to and seeing off guests. Breakfast is a can-not-eat champion. |
