Lcation and infrastrukture
Very good location. 1 minute walk to main station and bus station.
Breakfast very basic. Little more choice would have been nice!
Location and price
easy to access from train station, staff was nice. small but comfortable bed.
5 euro per day for wifi = lame bed had last person's hair in it very small room/ bathroom, shower everything was super small. breakfast not included.
a lot of noise at your door step, as if people were going to get in your room and jump over your bed. a lot noise from closing doors all around. baka douche very small, i could rise any hand.
Location. 2 min from Termini
Attitude of the receptionist during check-in. The one in the morning during checkout was good. Wornout decor, ghetto style. Booking.com website flashed that rate was inclusive of breakfast+ free Wifi. However hotel charged me €5 extra.
The refrigerator and tv didn't work. I could skip tv but I needed refrigerator. I claimed several times but the manager didn't repair rhe fridge. Actually I had been waiting for any response to my claim till around 11 pm. But they didn't even answer me. I should've called again to get the answer that they wouldn't do anything after getting angry.
Nothing at all
Stayed at 3 places and this was the only one that charged us before we got there. Also the only one that charges for wifi (we still in the 90's?). First room smelled like an ashtray so we were switched. Ceiling had paint pealing. Everything medal in the bathroom was green. Bed was gross and you felt every spring. The entire hotel had an odd odor. The mirror was dirty. I do not expect new furnishing at this price although we did stay at 2 other places that had them all I expect is it to be clean which this place was far from. Couldn't be more disappointed with this place. GROSS!
positioning, staff, safe box
the fact that you have to pay for the internet, the fact that you could not put the 2 beds one close to the other (the double room was not wide enough)
Location is good.
Everything except location
el cobro del internet.
Location, just behind the central station (Roma Termini), affordable, friendly and helpfull receptionists
Location on a busy street, probably not the best area in Rome - but not worse than what you can expect for the price
Location.next to termini station.
Not clean. The walls are dirty. They forgot to cange the toilet paper. The staff didnt speak either good english or italian. They charge 2euro per laggage to keep them after your check out and until you have to get them back to leave rome.
Location near a metro station with easy access to/from the airport and walking distance to important touristic areas of Rome.
Old furniture, the heating system was not functional, dirty tiles in the bathroom, bad smelling blanket on the bed.
The possition, connectio with bus, tram, train, sub, shuttle (20 meters!). Friendly personel in the reception. free safe box.
wi-fi with payment. The noise from the neibour rooms, price high in comparison with modest comodity and small space of room, bathroom. No possibility to arrange air condition temperature.
I Like the location. its near to the central station, Big Bus Stop and shuttle bus to the airport
Paid WiFi was really bad idea
Everything was great about the hotel other than the front desk staff. Full of Attitude. But I guess it's all over Italy. Location and the comfort was great. Right opp to Roma termini and next to best western. Can't go wrong with location. Sit bus to the airport stops right in front of the hotel. Can recommend to anyone going on a couple of nights visit
Staff attitude. The Asian lady should be fired. Me being a hotelier there is so much potential to the hotel. Just staff needs a tuck in
Receptionist gave up key without asking ID
Location, for sure if you have to take train in the morning.
Niosy; of ocurse its noisy if you are opposite Termini. vehicles and their noise round the clock.
Location is really good. You can walk to the important places
Dirty room, facilities, etc...
Staff were slow to act on broken shower fitting.
Efficient staff and organization make check in and check out easy.
Not to have internet in the room included in the price
Dirty wallpapered and small rooms Really small bathroom even no space to turn around
I stayed two nights in October, the hotel is centrally located and a few steps away from Termini, airport bus, hop on hop off, resturants and caffe. Easy access to all interest points of Rome. The area safe at night as there a lot of people, not like other centre areas, by walking you can arrive Rebubblica and Via Nazionale shopping amazing street. The room clean, good size. The staff helpfull and nice, 24-hour reception, I will return back again :)
The shower is very small, sure you can deal with this, also the elevator very small, but this wasn't a big problem, the hotel like other 3 stars hotel in europe, you need to leave the key at reception
