Great location - everything was about 5 mins walk away and its right in the middle of the shopping district. Very nice rooms and helpful staff. |

Location of the hotel was excellent to explore all the places of interest on foot. Being a 4 star hotel, I would have expected to find complementary tea/coffee facilities in the rooms. |

Location of hotel was good, rooms large and airy and very clean, Classic period style furniture and drapes. Entrance for a 4* was very poor, lift tiny and Reception area small. Breakfast was certainly not 4*, no cold meats, no bacon or fried eggs. Lady receptionists were very good but the male needed smarting up. |

Ideal central location to visit all the sights. Very nice hotel with plenty of storage within the room. Suitably quiet at night. Comftable accommodation. Usual noisy minibar fridge at times during the night. |

Location was excellent. Rooms were nice large and bath was great to have Not a great selection in the breakfast. No eggs, toast or bacon |

The hotel was very central, with easy access to and from the Station.Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. Our room was on the reception floor. The cleaners used the toilets on this floor for storing their equipment (outside the 3 rooms on this floor)and hence early morning it was fairly noisy. |

Location The price to book a few days before was £359, we had to pay £420 which was very poor. Mentioned it at hotel bit they said to take it ip with the company we booked with. |

We liked the large, clean room and the hotel service. Yes. We thought we were getting what they called a 'Family Room' with 2 double beds. It turned out to be one double bed and one very uncomfortable sofa bed. Also, our room was right near the street and the noises of the street sounds at night was disturbing. |

Prijs-kwaliteit kunnen we de negatieve aspecten nog relativeren. De locatie is super. Hotel mag verfrist worden, alles is wat ouderwets (incl. Het personeel). Het ontbijt was een echte tegenvaller. |

Gentilezza personale, camere confortevoli ottima posizione. Centralissimo e facile da raggiungere. Troppe lampadine a basso consumo non esteticamente piacevoli e un po' scomodo per il parcheggio. Essendo in una ztl si affida ad un garage non troppo economico o comunque scocciante dover pagare ulteriormente un parcheggio. |

La posizione centrale permette al visitatore di gestire al meglio il tempo a disposizione Ero con la famiglia e avevo chiesto una tripla ma ho trovato un letto aggiunto. Questi tipi di letti sono vramente scomodi. |

lo staff è molto accogliente, l'hotel è in ottima posizione non per allergici! è pieno di tende, stoffe, moquette... sono quasi morto per un attacco d'asma! |
