Nice staff, great location just in the center of old city. The price is reasonable. Drinving to the Hotel is complicated. But for the great location, it is the price we have to pay. Will stay here, if I have the chance travel to Florence again. Although wifi is free of charge, but the connection is unstable and the speed is too slow.

Room was very well appointed, clean, large and comfortable. No problems with ac or street noise. Staff was friendly and efficient. Location is unbeatable, but a little hard to reach if driving. If you do drive, the valet service will take care of your car and you can reach everything easily by foot. Internet was free and breakfast was good (and free!). Would definitely stay again.

I liked the friendly receptionists, and the location. The breakfast is very very basic. Although wifi is free , you can not use it at your room.

Arianna on reception was a star. A wonderful personality and very helpful.The hotel is right in the middle of the action which enabled easy walking to everything. The room was well appointed and well soundproofed from outside street noise. The hotel has valet parking which was a rare find in Florence. We had an issue on the first day with a running toilet but this was fixed the following morning.

good big bedroom did not really feel like a 4 star hotel because of lack of free wifi in bedroom, entry-by-elevator, limited toiletries and no shower curtain, and limited TV.

- موقع الفندق ممتاز لقربه من الساحة . - لطافة موظفي الاستقبال - وجود أنترنت مجاني لاسلكي في الغرف . - يقع بجانب مدخله مطعم صيني ممتاز وكذلك محلات وماركات عالميه ، ولوجود الساحة بجانبه بالامكان الجلوس في المقاهي الى وقت متأخر . - قربه من محطة قطار فلورانس 3 الى 5 دقائق سيرا . - وجود الريسبشن في الدور الأول فيكون الدخول له والخروج منه متعب بعض الشي . - يحتاج الى تطوير في قائمة الافطار .

La posizione: effettivamente è molto centrale, comodo per visitare la città Molto inferiore alle aspettative. Avevo prenotato una Junior Suite pensando di ricevere una camera di un certo livello, mentre, invece, mi è sembrato di soggiornare in una camera standard. Pochi comfort. Colazione molto deludente. Rapporto qualità/prezzo pessimo.

Местоположение очень удобное. Все хорошо, кроме вида из окна, прямо на выход кондиционеров из соседнего отеля, это с левой стороны от рецепции. Номер был хорош, хотя политика отеля очень экономна. Просто невозможно то, что было за окном- стена и кондиционеры соседнего отеля. И отсутствие хотя бы какого-то горячего блюда на завтрак.

Está céntrico. A 5 minutos andando al Duomo. Está en una zona comercial de tiendas. Las habitaciones son amplias y limpias. El baño estaba completamente renovado. Es un buen hotel para descansar y visitar Florencia. Si vais en coche, el hotel llamará a un parking con los que tiene convenio, os recogerán el coche y os lo traerán cuando queráis. Eso sí, el coche en el parking son 28 euros.

Assolutamente non è un albergo a 4 stelle. L'unica cosa positiva il riscaldamento accesso troppo alto e un materesso schifoso. Immaginate di dormire una donna al 7° mese di gravidanza su un materasso di pessima qualità oltre ala dolce che perdeva acqua da tutte le parti.

Eu e minha esposa fomos extremamente bem recepcionados pela equipe do hotel, que foi muito atenciosa. Apesar de não situar na Praça de São Marcos, o hotel oferece serviço de transporte privativo, além naturalmente do serviço de transporte publico. My wife and I have been extremely well received by hotel staff, which was very helpful. Although not located in Piazza San Marco, the hotel offers a private shuttle service, and of course public transport service.

La buona predisposizione del personale alla reception, che eccetto un caso (uomo) era volenteroso nell'aiutare gli ospiti. La doccia, senza, il regolatore della miscelazione, obbligava a docce gelate o bollenti!

“From the momnetr we walked into this hotel until the time we left, every staff member from the front desk ,staff cleaning the rooms. bartender/breakfast attendant were proffessional and excellent!
