The hotel has a great location with a fabulous view of the countryside below and the church of S.F. Restaurant was closed. So few guests. Was not placed in room with southern view. Northern rooms noisy until 10:30 pm. Staff didn't inform us of local celebration that closed center of city. |

Der Blick vom Zimmer in die Landschaft war prächtig,die Lage ist hervorragend,das Parken wurde durch eine Hotelerlaubnis auf einem nahen öffentlichen Parkplatz (unentgeltlich) leichtgemacht Das Personal war gleichgültig,das Frühstück ärgerlich (auch bei italienischem Massstab),die Matratzen hart,die Toilette roch.Und dann übernachtete noch eine laute Jugendgruppe in einem Hotel,in dem man dies auf keinen Fall erwartet. |

駐車場が離れていて、門前は一方通行で道幅が狭く荷下ろしにとめられない。アシジの街自体の問題かもしれな- い。見晴らしが良く地の利もよいが、運が悪かったのか、受付に一人しかいなく、荷下ろし荷運びを全部一人で- しなくてはならず大変だった。着いた日がレストランが休みでその説明は全くなく、近所のレストランにいくよ- うにいわれたので、翌日そのレストランが休みで相談したが、ホテルのレストランが今日はやっていると一言も- いわなかった。１軒教えてくれたが慣れないところを1時間も探し回り水曜は休みのレストランが多く大変なめ- にあい結局みつからなかった。ひとがたくさん入っていればおいしいよともいわれたが不親切。結局道で会った- ひとが偶然おいしいところを教えてくれた。翌日どうしてレストランをしないのかときいたら開いていたと唖然- とする答えだった。着いた日の受付の応対の悪さをいってもその日はその日今日は3人入るというばかり... 朝食の時の女性たち以外、受付にいた女性や男性不遜な態度が多い。外出して帰ってきてもにこりともしないで- 鍵をわたされてびっくりした。かえりに部屋をでるとき掃除のメイドが鍵をおいていってくれというのでわたし- たら、鍵を返したかと車までききにきた。メイドが鍵をおいていけというなどきいたこともない。チェックアウ- トの時は鍵を返すもの。従業員の教育が悪い。車から荷下ろしをしようと着いた時ホテルの前に停めたら後ろか- らブーブー鳴らされてびっくりして前にすすんで1通なのでどこまでも戻れなかったら、受付の女性はならさせ- ておけばよいのだという。その前にききにいっているのだからちょっと前まで出てきてくれて後続の車に頼むか- 、運ぶのを手伝ってくれなければ初めてのひとには無理。不親切。街の外にいったんでて大回りして15分くら- いかかって戻った。そこらでターンするだろうといわれたが旅行者には無理。 |

何と言ってもサンフランチェスコ教会のすぐ隣と言う素晴らしいロケーションに尽きる。朝、まだ参拝客がいな- い時間に静かな教会とその周辺を歩けるのはこのホテルに宿泊した人だけが得られる特権だ。ホテルの部屋から- の眺めも素晴らしく、ホテル全体の調度品、雰囲気もアッシジのクラシカルかつ温かみのある町の雰囲気にマッ- チしている。朝食のレストランからの眺めも最高で、美味しい朝食を満喫出来た。我々が泊まったのは5月初旬- だったが、夏場には外のテラス席で朝食や夕食が取れるので、機会があれば夏場に再度宿泊したい。 到着した日にレストランが営業していなかったので、外に食べに行った。出来れば素晴らしい眺めのレストラン- で食事を取りたかった。 |

Su tranquilidad y los paisajes . Falta que nos indiquen la forma de llegar. En Arezzo nos mandaron por todos lados menos al hotel. Seria conveniente mandar mapa con direcciones para llegar (como hacen en rci) |

la posizione panoramica e centrale non è all'altezza delle quattro stelle che propone:la junior suite era spartana e decadente e cosa più importante il bagno non aveva la maniglia per chiuderlo dal di fuori generando non poco imbarazzo tra di noi.La colazione era scadente con prodotti da ingrosso e caffè da macchinetta automatica.proprio non ci siamo!! |

hotel fantastico in una posizione privilegiata !!! stanza pulita , un ottimo bagno e rapporto qualità prezzo eccezionale , il tizio alla reception davvero cordiale e simpatico !! siam ostati davvero bene!!! il servizio colazione , poco personale addetto erano in 2 e non si trovava un tavolo sparecchiato |

La posizione dell'hotel e la comodità della camera, ampia e confortevole piccoli particolari sulle rifiniture interne della camera, intonaci, impianto di condizionamento assente, finestre/finestroni non isolavano termicamente, impianto elettrico non buono, colazione povera. Insomma per meritarsi le 4 stelle bisogna fare attenzione a tutti i particolari. Il prezzo è elevato per la struttura alberghiera. |

La terrazza La strada sotto le finestre é rumorosissima e un hotel come questo non é dotato di doppi vetri. Scandaloso. Lo sciacquone del bagno rotto e la rumorosità dell'ascensore hanno trasformato una piacevole notte in un incubo. Sconsigliatissimo!!! |
