Simplement que l'^hôtel jouissait d'une parfaite situation par rapport au lac ! Pa de TV dans la chambre, voisinage bruillant, chambre située juste à côté d'un immeuble locatif |

Cher pour le confort; un peu vetuste il profite de son emplacement Me faire payer le prix fort alors que le client qui arrive apres moi a la meme chambre pour moins cher! |

Situation idéale sur le Lac de Côme dans Bellagio. Présence des commerces proche. Linge propre. Présence d'un restaurant. D'une manière générale l'hotel aurait besoin d'un lifting, Les meubles sont un peu viellots, mais la literie est bonne. Manque d'ascenseur pour les étages supérieurs. |

Nous avions une chambre avec vue sur le lac, magnifique et très romantique. L'hôtel est placé sur la rive et très proche de l'embarcadère, la chambre est très ensoleillée l'après-midi et bénéficie du soleil couchant. La salle de bains manque de tablette pous poser la trousse de toilette et de porte serviettes, dommage ! |

La proximité au quai de départ des bateaux. Le chauffage n'était pas mis avant notre arrivée dans la chambre. Il a fallu réclamer. |

The welcome upon our arrival. The quick and efficient resolution to change our room to one of our needs. The food staff was excellent. The view from the hotel was fine. |

Everyone was exceptionally helpful, especially with information on the local sights and travel. The beds were comfortable and the rooms clean. The location, next to the ferries was fabulous. It was a little antique, then I have no objection to this, it actually added character and is reflected in the price. |

We had said we had to leave by 8 AM in the morning. At that time the hotel and restaurant had no one but us, and was completely dark. We were able to find our way out only by a very circuitous route through the kitchen and back alley, leaving the key in the kitchen. We hope we are only charged for the one night. Otherwise the room was fine, the view superb, and the staff initially nice to us. |

The hotel has a great location, the only one on the lake front. The restaurant downstairs is beautiful and has a touch of history and the staff are very helpful. Since there were no other guests, we were given a room with a view although we booked just a standard. I would recommend to get a room with a view straight away, otherwise it would be a disappointment for the price you pay. We stayed at the beginning of November and the heating in our room was not working. We were finally offered another room, but the heating was still poor so we stayed in our first room. I would not recommend this hotel Dec - Feb as I doubt the heating would be enough. |

Its location Very thin walls ,could hear everything in the hallway and neighboring rooms.Mattress very uncomfortable,could feel the springs,needs a good renovation.The hotel reception is based in the restaurant and when restaurant is busy you feel like an afterthought standing there with your luggage waiting for them to check you in.Didn't find the staff very helpful or particularly friendly. |

The view. It was great to be able to book a lake view room in Bellagio at this price. The room was also large with a large bathroom. Being 1* the room was basic with no tv or phone and that's fine. But the furnishings and furniture were very worn and the bed was very hard and uncomfortable. |
