Très bon emplacement : avec les chambres donnant sur le port, le plaisir d'ouvrir les volets et de voir le lac. Un des moins chers dans cette situation.

Un peu vétuste mais avec un charme désuet, chambre moyenne, fenêtre fermant mal avec bruits du matin (livreurs, premiers départ de bateaux,...) : à refaire avec les volets!!, Pas de climatisation (malgré annonce) mais chambre pas très chaude, aucun meuble pour poser ses valises : assez génant !, salle bain grande mais peu pratique (ventilation à améliorer, odeurs, et pas de rideau de douche), entrée "séparée" : peu de contact avec le personel si vous ne mangez pas sur place

Simplement que l'^hôtel jouissait d'une parfaite situation par rapport au lac !

Pa de TV dans la chambre, voisinage bruillant, chambre située juste à côté d'un immeuble locatif

Cher pour le confort; un peu vetuste il profite de son emplacement

Me faire payer le prix fort alors que le client qui arrive apres moi a la meme chambre pour moins cher!

Situation idéale sur le Lac de Côme dans Bellagio. Présence des commerces proche. Linge propre. Présence d'un restaurant.

D'une manière générale l'hotel aurait besoin d'un lifting, Les meubles sont un peu viellots, mais la literie est bonne. Manque d'ascenseur pour les étages supérieurs.

La proximité au quai de départ des bateaux.

Le chauffage n'était pas mis avant notre arrivée dans la chambre. Il a fallu réclamer.

staff very accomodating. setting was perfect for boat ferry access. price very reasonable for room size and accomnodations.

The staff were lovely and welcoming. Loved the view of Lake Como from our room. Will definitely visit again one day!

The staff at the hotel were very helpful, especially Yasmine. She went out of her way to assist us with our travel questions. The restaurant was comfortable, with a great people watching location, and had good food--the restaurant staff eager to please. We loved the hotel location which made it easy to access quaint shops and little bistros both along the main road and up the steep staircases.

Our room, stairways and hallways in the hotel were not clean. A crumpled napkin that was on the stairway when we arrived was still there when we left. The stairway up to the rooms hadn't seen a vacuum in quite some time. The shower in our room was not clean and when we arrived we had no hot water, along the staff rectified the situation when we notified them.

Very romantic old fashioned room with magnificent view on lake Good breakfast.

No AC, old and 'smelly' furniture, poor breakfast

The balcony room with a view over the lake was well worth the extra cost - lovely view, and very close to the boats. There is a bit of bustle from below, but it didn't disturb me, and there was no problem sleeping - you just feel near the centre of things but with a wonderful view. As usual, you could leave your bags safely for the day after checking out, for no extra charge. The dinners were very good, and hotel residents got 10% off. The woman I dealt with most of the time was very helpful, as were the waiters. The hotel has a pleasantly quirky atmosphere - with traditional features combined with striking modern art and dramatic light fittings in the restaurant. The coffee at breakfast was good and unlimited.

Compared to other Italian lakeside hotels I've stayed in, the breakfasts were limited in choice though fine in quantity- just white bread, a croissant and jam, cheese and ham, and a yogurt, and one small glass of fruit juice with no refill. A choice of fresh fruit, cereal, and wholemeal bread or pane rustica (available at dinner) would have been appreciated at breakfast. I would have appreciated a fridge, a table (for the balcony) and more information on paper (e.g. breakfast times) and more than 6 coathangers. My television didn't work as there was no remote control and when I asked about it I was told nothing could be done till morning.
