Hotel Condotti is a small and cozy boutique hotel, on a peaceful, typical street of Rome's historic center. It is just around the corner from the famous Spanish Steps.

|Centrally located in Rome, Palazzo De Cupis Suites and View is 4 minutes on foot from the bank of River Tiber.|
Really super helpful and friendly staff, contemporary and comfortable room. Great facilities, including Wifi, quiet, located right in the middle of Rome's main attractions all within walking distance. You can take a bus from train station or 30 min walk. Highly recommended. (Located on a road just off Piazza Navona called Via Giuseppe Zanardelli, hotel has no obvious frontage but through double blue doors between a shop and cafe)
Amazing location, right next to Piazza Navona and the river. Boutique feel hotel, contemporary rooms with more traditional exterior, lift and stairwell. Staff were very polite & helpful.
Initially difficult to find the entrance. Only a name on a doorbell, no signage. We like minimalist but our room had a hanging rail and no drawers so we lived out of our bags for 3 nights. room was quite small although it was a 'deluxe'.
The location was first class. The bed so comfortable. All staff were very good however, Daniella and Eilsa could not do enough for us. They went out of their way to be so helpful and kind what an asset they are to you.
Being mature would have liked a chair in the room
Staff were very helpful especially printing items for us. Location is amazing. We did get picked up from airport so we wouldn't have trouble finding the hotel.
Great location; staff was courteuos
Very small room; window opened into air conditioning units;everything was crowded in this hotel ; the reception desk was so small you couldn't fit 2 people and suitcases in the area comfortably
Location, location, location! We were able to walk all over Rome from our hotel. There were many great trattorias all around us. It was nice to end our days walking around Piazza Navona, which was right around the corner.
The beds were squeaky and hard. The lighting was poor and there were not enough options to unpack and settle in, especially in the bathroom.
location, service, room design, restaurant recommendation~
would be perfect if there is a window to see the city's scenery with this room rate.
I stayed in Rome for 5 nights recently. I had accrued many points on a travel card and decided to use these to stay 2 nights almost free at the 5 star intercontinental de la ville Roma and 3 night at the suite art Navona. I wish I hadn't bothered with the 5 star hotel (it was extremely disappointing) and just stayed the full 5 nights at the suite art Navona. The location first and foremost is ideal and is in the best part of Rome. Believe me, I walked absolutely everywhere in Rome and Navona was absolutely the best part. Close to all attractions and plenty of restaurants for nighttime. The suite art Navona is located just off the piazza Navona in a traditional style building. It has no sign outside (the staff explained that as it is a listed building this is not allowed, and there is indeed a plaque outside showing that it is a historic building) but it is situated right next to a little cafe and if you look at the door buzzer you will see little a sign there. You take the lift (which is a traditional lift with gates and is very charming) to the floor and enter reception. We were warmly greeted and taken upstairs to our room to be shown how to use everything. We were also given a card with the free wifi code on it without even having to ask. The room was quite small (seems every hotel room in Rome is) but that wasn't an issue - it was big enough and had a big comfortable double bed which was very clean and was not 2 single beds pushed together! There was a flat screen tv on the wall with mostly italian channels as you would expect, but there was the standard news and music channels and the odd tv show or film in English. I did not go to beautiful Rome to sit in the hotel and watch tv so this was not a problem for me! There were tea and coffee making facilities, a clothes rail with hangers and a minibar though there was at least half the fridge left empty for me to put water and other items of my own into it.
Nothing, it was all good.
Love everyone who sat at the front desk. Spoke great English and they were very helpful! Room had an awesome view and you can walk everywhere!
The shower in our room kept flooding. Every shower we took the entire floor became soaked. BUT nothing that a few towels didn't take care of.
Great location, great staff and very helpful.
Great location. Incredible staff. Elegant, yet the furnishings are not overstated.
got a little noisy outside, at times.
Noisy environment, dark rooms.
Lovely modern and clean room, friendly staff and great location.
very clean, comfortable and modern. would recommend to everyone.
Not enough power points to charge phones, ipads etc.
Great staff, very clean room and a great location.
Room was very, very small which made it hard to get around the bed and had a step right next to the bed on one side which made it easy to rip on. The room had a metal rod over a small dresser for a closet.
room recently restructured, clean and spacious, with modern design. rafinate space.
too much black in bathroom to cover some contructive imperfections, instead of a grey puzzle maybe less depressing :). little bit noise during night. no double windows.
Location, size and amenities in room, views and windows that open.
Excellent location, a minute walk from the beautiful piazza Navona and the shopping street Via Coronari. Staff are very helpful and nice.
The lighting was very poor in the room and the bathroom, walls painted in black didn't help either. The airconditioning was not working , it was really hot at night, although i told the receptionist about the ac problem the second night was even worse.
Great location, staff were great and the hotel was old with a lovely modern feel. Thanks
The decor Location Annie Bed Size of the room
No water supplied in the room Expense of laundry without being told.. 30euro 1 t shirt and 1 pair of pants!! No tissues, not told breakfast would not be available within the hotel! Room too dark although fabulous lighting.. Not good enough to read in bed All small things that make such a difference to an elegant stay
All the receptionists were very helpful!
Very small rooms and the all-black painted walls were a bit too dark for us and seemed weird!
The staff was very friendly and helpful. They have recommended one of the best places where we had a typical roman meal.
Location, friendly staff and cleanliness.
Nothing to complain about of consequence.
I LIKE IT A LOT
