Suite D'autore Art Design Gallery Hotel  

This hotel is a special destination of its own, definately has a huge "wow" factor. Each room is different and totally amazing, plus each one is really just beautiful. Also the room we stayed in had an amazing view over the Duomo and the Duomo square. And in addition to that every room has a jacuzzi. Seriously, the hotel is an experience of its own.

It is really refreshing to stay at the Suite D'autore after a number of faceless economy hotels. The room we had was spacious, as was the bathroom. The furniture was interesting and there was an impressive ceiling fresco. Through the window, you can see the beautiful Duomo. The hotel administrator was incredibly nice and helpful.

Truth be told, the hotel is slightly worn out. On their quest to make it stylish they have gone astray in some areas, the result is rather kitsch. Something was making terrible noise throughout the night in the walls of the room - the boiler possibly or the pipes, we didn't understand. Also, we had read in the reviews about the church bells so we were warned, but for sensitive sleepers it might be a problem - the bells ring really often and rather loud.

Very friendly staff, beautiful great room and bathroom, great view from the third floor, where you get breakfast, Art all over the place! Just Perfect!

The diversity of all the rooms in the hotel, and I was given a choice, which was lovely. I was practically treated like royalty, and I would say it was a very unique experience that I'd like to repeat in the future.

Consiglio di parcheggiare direttamente in Piazza Duomo onde evitare pericolose gimcane nelle strette vie della Cittadina.

posizione. camere personalizzate tutte diverse una dall'altra. spaziose. migliorerei l'informazione e acqua calda a tutte le ore.(unico neo) breakfast in luogo carino e famigliare

come gia' detto la temperatura dell'acqua.

De ligging in het pitoreske plaatsje Piazza Armerina is uitstekend.Helemaal boven ,aan plein met goede parkeermogelijkheid, tegenover de prachtige kerk,waarvan de klokken niet luidden.De hulpvaardigheid en vriendelijkheid van de eigenaar en personeel (we hadden een probleem met de huurauto) was onovertreffelijk! Het designmeubilair in het hotel is te koop!

No funcionaba bien la calefacción

Il design delle camere, l'ubicazione in un luogo tranquillo, suggestivo e fuori dal caos dei grandi centri abitati. Il paese è incantevole anche se desolato, gli abitanti gentili ed il ristorante Don Totò (consigliatoci dalla ragazza alla reception) è veramente ottimo (consiglio le trofie al pesto di pistacchi e gamberi e la grigliata di pesce mista).

Purtroppo, malgrado la presenza di una ragazza volenterosa che si divide tra reception e sala colazione, l'impianto elettrico (la luce è saltata 4 volte in 2 giorni, precludendo tra l'altro l'utilizzo della tv, del forno per riscaldare I cornetti surgelati e della macchina per preparare il caffè), di riscaldamento (acqua glaciale) e di climatizzazione (stanze/igloo) versano in condizioni disastrose penalizzando le potenzialità ricettive della struttura e precludendo l'utilizzo di tutti I servizi millantati e per I quali si è corrisposta la cifra (a questo punto elevata e pretenziosa per un hotel che definirei più che altro un b&b). Inoltre I cuscini sono di spessore troppo esiguo e le coperte striminzite ed antidiluviane. Infine si millanta la tv satellitare con sky, servizio che non sussiste... Temo che il suddetto lassismo sia da imputare allo sconforto -sfociante in rassegnazione- del proprietario visti I costi di gestione e considerato il momento di crisi attuale.

Accueil sympa: nous avons pu choisir entre plusieurs chambres, toutes aussi originales les unes que les autres. Bonne situation pour apprécier cette ville authentique. Bon petit déjeuner, sans pain frais mais avec de bons petits gâteaux.

La atencion y recibimiento de los propietarios del hotel. El diseño de la habitacione, el desayuno y el lugar privelegiado en el cual se encuentra el hotel enfrente de la catedral de Piazza Armerina.

No esta bien indicada la entrada al hotel

Ottimo per posizione e per ambientazione.

Bien situado y facilidad para aparcar. El hotel es confortable, la habitación grande, aunque la decoración, para mi gusto, horrorosa, con muebles y objetos de diseño. Las habitaciones no se nombran por un numero, sino por un nombre, a nosotros nos tocó la "Magia e ironía", como digo, decorada espantosamente. La hab. Es grande, la cama también y muy cómoda. Hay ascensor, a pesar de estar en un antiguo edificio, muy bien rehabilitado. Precio muy bueno, 60 €, en octubre 2011. Desayuno buffet flojo, aunque las pastas son buenas.

La decoración, de nuestra habitación y del hotel en general, empeñados en ser original y "de diseño", entendiento por tal detalles gratuitos, que no vienen a cuento, y cuadros muy modernos, espantosos.
