Fantastic location right off the Via Del Corso, staff were very friendly and helpful. The bed was super comfortable (especially for Europe) and amenities such as free snacks, beverages and a Nespresso machine made the stay even better. The check-in process was a bit complicated, we got a bit lost trying to find the hotel and then when we did we had to check-in through the restaurant next door.

Location was perfect.private balconies. The amount of space and storage.Freedom to access building when we wanted. Shower was neither hydro or massaging as advertised.Went without hot water for three days despite informing staff of problem. If over 5"10 will struggle with shower and apartment as a whole.Glass stairs without rail could cause problems. Potential fire hazard as third floor locked up and access only by lift to penthouse suite.Very expensive to call uk from suite.

Location was ideal. The rooms were large and clean and the suites were perfect for families. They had Nespresso machines in each room and a small fridge with water and juice. There was plenty of closet and dresser space for a long stay. The internet service was consistent and reliable. The staff, when we saw them, was quite friendly. You could not have been in a better, more central location to all the main attractions, shopping, and local transportation. It was quite easy to stop by for a break, drop off packages or pick up jackets in between sites. I would recommend this hotel, and I would stay here again. The water pressure on the showers (which were really nice and modern) was not great. We had drainage issue, but the staff took care of it immediately when we identified it as an issue. This next bit wasn't a negative for us, but folks should be prepared that this is not a hotel. So, some of those conveniences you may be used to with a front desk, etc are not as readily available.

We love the Hotel Guest House Suite Della Vite. My wife and I traveled to Rome with our two young daughters (the eldest with 3 years old and the newest with 1 year and 3 months) and we were a bit concerned with finding a hotel that could accommodate our family well. However, despite our fears, we were very happy with the service from the hotel to our needs. The room is large and very comfortable with a small kitchen that helped in the preparation of bottles of children. The bathroom is very beautiful, spacious and functional (the shower shifted position, facilitating children's bath). Additionally, the hotel staff are very attentive and were always ready to help us in our time with the kids. The included breakfast is served daily in the restaurant Mario (located next to the hotel) and our whole family loved the options presented: breads, pastries, juices, coffee, milk, yogurt and omelette. We also indicated the dinner at Mario: the food is exceptional! The location is great: two blocks from the Via dei Condotti and a few meters from Piazza di Spagna. Next stay in Rome we will definitely again in Suite Della Vite Guest House.

We were only in Rome for 1 day so the central position of this Guest House was perfect for us. It was comfortable, clean and quiet & was good value for money. The restaurant below served a beautiful meal and the omelette we had for breakfast was really delicious. We will be happy to recommend this place to our friends. Breakfast wasn't available before 9.30 am

I would call this accommodation serviced apartments with breakfast.we had the penthouse wich has two outside terraces that were great to have in central Rome we used them in the morning to have our coffee and after sightseeing and shopping to sit and relax with a glass of wine and some antipasto fabulous.this was our second time here and will be back.the area of this accommodation is perfect Trevi fountain and Spanish steps five minutes away and the most fabulous restaurants and shopping on the doorsteps.i would highly recommend this place for couples, families and girls shopping trips.

The location, the room, the decoration..everything was great. I would say it is the perfect boutique hotel for young couples. The stuff was not friendly at all. On Sunday the restaurant was closed, so we missed the breakfast and on Monday that we had to leave early to catch the flight there was not breakfast available either.

I absolutely loved the location. Once you go wondering off into the city, you just follow the signs to Piazza de Spagna and you are back at the hotel. The room was very clean, spacious. There was a Nespresso maker in the room which was utilized often. There were wonderful juices and waters left in the mini-refridgerator. There is no one on site to help you. The restaurant next door, Mario's seems to run the check in and out, but if you need help and they are not around good luck. There were no instructions left on breakfast protocol, how to dial out, how to use the heater, nothing. As a person who had never been to Rome, this was difficult. They absolutely have to have some one available at least by phone from around 8AM until 6 or 7PM. If you needed more towels, no one to call.

This is a rather unique facility ideally located near the Spanish Steps and Trevi Fountain, walking distance to all the major sites in Rome and in the midst of high-end shopping shopping and many good restaurants. What makes it somewhat unique is that the facility is managed out of a restaurant next door called Mario's, which offers good meals at reasonable prices as well as breakfast to guests after 9:30 (otherwise breakfast items are available in the room). The room itself is very spacious by any standard with a large bathroom that had a walk-in shower but no bathtub. The bed was large and there was even a pull-out couch in the sitting area. The room was meticulous and thoroughly cleaned every morning. The decor of the room was a little odd with wildly coloured marble floor and wall tiles and dated furniture, but the bed was very comfortable and over all we very much enjhoyed our stay here. We arrived on a Sunday afternoon so the hotel was locked as was the restaurant. There was a telephone number on a brass placque by the door which we took down because we didn't have a phone. So we had to find a restaurant further up the street who let us call the hotel so someone could come to let us in. This is something they need to address since travellers could arrive at any time on any day of the week. It is very inconvenient and stressful when you're tired and have been travelling most of the day.

I liked everything about the hotel. The rooms were large, the beds were very comfortable, the location was excellent, and most of all, our host, Annette, was very welcoming and helpful in navigating Rome on our first time there.

Did not like anything. Was very upset. Same good location has lot's of other hotels. We came late and got worse room ever Rome had with window to nowhere, old towels like sandpaper, tv almost on ceiling and thanks God tv's are flat. Room were 12 sq.m instead of 25 and hey, Booking.com please try to be more accurate in room's description. Would never stay in this "Luxury" apartments. Не заселяйтесь поздно если выбираете этот место, а то вам тоже дадут комнату 1960. Обслуживание небрежное.

It is not a hotel, but a small family-owned guest house, about 7 rooms to let.Very cosy, undisturbed unnnecessarily by staff. The best feature is its location within short walking distance to the Trevi Fountain and the Spanish Steps, and to a MRT station. The guest house does not display a name plate or signboard on the outside. So, not so easily recognisable from the street. But the proprietor owns the adjacent Mario Restaurant. This information should be highlighted to guide visitors.

The apartment we booked with 2 bedrooms was very nicely furnished and very spacious. The location is wonderful , very close to Piazza di Spagna - difficult to reach by car however because of driving restrictions. The staff, especially Annette are lovely , helpful and friendly. We enjoyed sumptuous breakfasts in Ristorante di Mario . The air conditioning was not functioning properly in one of the bedrooms so it was uncomfortably hot at night. I mentioned this problem the first night but it was not fixed. The design of the shower doors is flawed so there can be a lot of water leakage - Management are aware of this problem.

I stayed here and was blown away with how nice it is. I wouldn't want to stay any where else in Rome. It is a little funny how the hotel is run out of the restaurant, but the hotel is unbelievably great. You have your own keypad entry to get into the hotel and then you are in your nice big room, with all included like drinks and coffee and such. Don't miss this place if the price is right for you. It is a must place to stay.
