Spacious rooms, tasty and diversified breakfast, location, were flexible and were able to offer us another room than the one we got (we asked for a twin room and were located in a double one - but they changed that immediately), nice&helpful staff, really comfortable bed there was a lot of a dust on the floor, night shift of the staff didnt speak English, it's oldish and those 4 stars are a bit not applicable anymore but in general terms it's really ok |

Got to the hotel at 3am, there was no one in the recepcion and there was no bell to ring. Had to wait about 10 minutes before someone came to open the door! |

The room was like a small flat with kitchenett , Breakfast was good and the staff very helpful. The WiFi was free but did not always work. The bed was a little harder than I like, but I like a soft matress |

All the staff were really nice and helpful, and very friendly and made us feel very welcome i felt that the room shown on the website wasnt anything like what i recieved which was a disappointment |

Week-End favoloso a Bologna in una Junior-Suite, con materassi veramente comodi e divano a penisola dove accovacciarsi per vedere la TV lcd 32'. Camere ben insonorizzate con internet Wi-Fi gratis. Dopo un certo orario il personale non è più disponibile. Siamo rimaste (2 donne) chiuse fuori dall'albergo per strada per oltre 10 minuti in attesa che qualcuno ci aprisse. Non c'era parcheggio disponibile nel garage dell'albergo. Il personale ci ha detto di parcheggiare per strada (erano le 3:00am). Le stanza erano fredde e c'era una sola coperta a disposizione, mentre la stanza era stata prenotata per 2 persone. |

Personnel absolument irréprochable. La chambre n'était pas conforme à ma réservation en arrivant, et j'ai obtenu une chambre superbe sans discussion, et avec le sourire! De plus le personnel m'a bien aiguillé pour mon séjour à Bologne (bus, horaires etc). |

Su ubicación, por una parte a unos 15 min de la estación de tren Bologna C, por otra a 200 m de una parada del bus que lleva/trae del Aeropuerto. La habitación era muy grande, con cocina aparte (no barra americana), sofá, TV HD ready donde conecté mi portátil (con mi cable vga) para ver una peli y con conexión WiFi gratuita (solicitar al llegar), un baño enorme con ducha y bañera relax (jacuzzi). Me prestaron un adaptador para el adaptador del portátil (si tenéis llevadlo porque sólo tenían ese). Muy buen desayuno. Una bonita vista nocturna. Ideal para recoger/llevar a alguien al aeropuerto y partir al día siguiente. |
